It was really difficult to get to and out of because of the traffic on Freedom Blvd. The service was fast and personnel very pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately the chicken was extremely greasy.
This location is in Watsonville; not Santa Cruz. I ordered the chili dogs. the chili was watery. The hot dog felt somewhat rubbery and physically was small. I would drive a half a mile to go to Taylor's Hot dogs. You get a much better tasting dish but you can get four hot dogs for the same price I paid three hot dogs at Wienerschniztel. If you are short on time, walk twenty feet over and go to Subway.

Well, it finally happened. They are cutting corners; they are using skinny hot dogs. When I took my first bite, I asked myself, "Where's the meat?" I took a look at my chili dog. I saw a tiny wiener covered with chili, surrounded by a regular size bun. You had to look closely as the wiener is so small. You can barely taste it as it was over powered by the chili and mustard. I have been coming here for the past forty years. I may stop. I will try again in 2 or 3 months. If there is no improvement, no more Taylor's Hot Dogs for me.Either you increase the price and keep the wiener size the same or go out of business.

On a hot day nothing beats a thick milk shake or a large ice cream cone. Better yet, get them in the drive-in and stay in your air conditioned car. Foster Freeze just has better ice cream then the big chain fast food restaurants. The milk shakes are thick and you can hardly drink them thru a straw. Drive thru service was fast and convenient, plus with a signals at the intersection getting in and out of this Foster Freeze is easy. Will be back again.

Don't worry about the line, it moves fast, many people are picking up food to go and by the time you order, a table will open up in this tiny taqueria.Fantastic food, made to order and served with a smile by a very friendly crew.We loved our tacos and burrito and you can't beat the prices. We will go back the next time we are passing through town.
Togo's is fast, made however you like it, good quality food that is better than Subway (slow, slow service) in my opinion. If I want a sandwich, I will go to Togo's over a supermarket deli where the bread is always dry or stale.
