Lunch here is fast and inexpensive. Be careful how you order and you can avoid the grease. Stay away from anything fried!

Ate here recently and found the lunch menu to offer a wide variety of wonderful meal selections including chicken, pork, beef and shrimp. Along with the choice came soup, rice and chow mein. All well prepared, served quickly and very inexpensive. It was a great lunch for a cold day.

New Lim's is our go-to place for traditional and familiar Chinese food. The Hong Kong style noodles, war won ton soup, deep-fried oysters, honey/walnut prawns, clams in black bean sauce, and many more are reliable satisfying dishes. The service is pretty good, even on busy nights. And they do a booming take-out business.

This restaurant was a remodeled car hop fast food joint. Not fancy inside. We had prawn and walnuts, but the best dish was the sizzling plate of beef and scallops. The scallops were tender as was the beef. Lots of water chestnuts and bamboo shoots. The shrimp were piping hot. The place was busy with take out and the wait a bit long, so they brought out a freebie appetizer of a spring roll. We would definitely return if in the area.
Where to eat Pub food in Clayton: The Best Restaurants and Bars
Chinese inspired fast food. Most every entrée is glazed in sugar, so don't expect to feel healthy after eating here.Everyone knows what to expect with the food.Unfortunately the evening rush leads this location into an organized spiral every time I visit (which is monthly).80% of entrees are ready to serve. 1 out of 2 times, a side dish, such as steamed veggies, and spring rolls are not ready. THis leads the staff to scopp everything else into a to go container, and then sit there. Waiting 5 minutes for steamed veggies, is not something the Panda Brand should allow. I have completed approx. 10 of their online surveys that are on the bottom of the receipt. The Managers in the Blue shirts know that I arrive and am ready to gripe, but they have not learned how to curtail the basic issues that cause a griping environment. Most other customers stand around when their items are not ready, but this can get old. I have even attempted to drive to nearby Walnut Creek to try that location out.Basically the regional Manager is not on top of their restaurants to overcome simple non-issues that the local store managers allow to happen. Especially with a kitchen only staff of up to 8 people behind the counter, better harmony needs to happen here.
