I've been coming to this restaurant for many, many years, since it first opened in a different location. A lot of times the dishes change over time as chefs change, but the quality of the food has been very consistent. I say I've never had a bad meal here, and I've had many. The prices are very reasonable, esp the lunch specials, and the menu is very extensive. Plenty to eat if you are vegetarian. My favorite dishes are the grape leaf beef rolls, and the filet mignon. They have really good smoothies too. The service is always friendly and fast.

Located in a small shopping center, it's very nicely decorated. We had a very good lunch here. We also appreciated the attentive staff and easy parking. They have a small vegetarian section on the menu. I had a vegetarian version of the Bun Cha Gio, a dry rice noodle bowl with egg roll. One disappointment was that they did not have a vegetarian version of the sauce for this dish, but otherwise it was excellent. I would definitely return.

A long time ago, someone probably thought, âWhat is a streetcar doing in the middle of a restaurant.â Well, they would have been wrong since Spaghetti Factory AND Spaghetti Warehouse have streetcars in locations around the world. Still, a decor built around a jail with waiters wearing orange jump suits seems a bit odd. Maybe âJailâ means something related to food in Vietnamese. That said, the food is not bad. I believe this is the third iteration of a Vietnamese restaurant in this storefront. The food is better than the second one. Probably on par with the first. The mushroom hotpot was actually very good. Service was good. Just a very strange concept for a restaurant.

This is a little jewel of a restaurant in Redlands. The food was excellent and priced reasonably for the quality. Watercress offers a variety of very authentic Vietnamese food - from sandwiches, to pho to stir fry and rice bowls. Everything we had was well-prepared and very fresh. We would definitely return next time we are in town!
This newly-opened restaurant is really earning it's marks, in my opinion! Our favorite Pho soup restaurant had closed it's doors, and we have been searching for it's replacement. We need search no further. The facilities are clean and well-lit, the personnel friendly. The kitchen is open to the room, so there is a first-hand look at the methods of cooking used.Choices of Pho include all the standards, but also a large selection of vegetarian items. And I chose the Singapore noodles, to sample a different taste. It was offered at my own level of spice, and the curry was just the right amount for me. To round out the menu, there are rice and other noodle dishes. We will return to this restaurant soon!
