Phuket Thai - is a favorite of ours for a really tasty kind of last minute call for take out. The location is convenient and the owners an employees are always helpful and very friendly - Everything is fresh and made to order and generally very tasty. If you like your Thai spicy or even hot - they'll go there. If not - they are happy to keep it cool and mild -- It's also not bad for a dinner location with about ten tables and assorted inexpensive white and red wines and beer. But most of the time it serves - as I said - as a great take out for delicious Thai food that is reasonably priced and yes they deliver although plan on waiting at least 45 minutes to an hour. Plan ahead. Or go grab it yourself. That's about it. But do check it out if you like Thai. You'll be pleased with the results.

I eat in a Thai restaurant whenever I can when travelling and on this trip to California I headed to 'Bamboo Thai Bistro' for dinner when staying in Redondo Beach. This cozy restaurant offers an authentic Thai menu and typical friendly Thai service and hospitality. I started with the Satay Combo which was to a very high standard and followed this with Chicken Pad See Eww noodles for my main course. I asked for these to be 'hot / spicy' and they came out perfectly... Delicious, fresh cooked and with a chili kick to them. Prices are reasonable with my two courses costing a total of US$20.81 inclusive of sales taxes. I highly recommend Bamboo Thai Bistro if you love authentic Thai food.

We live in the neighborhood and we enjoy the ambiance of this particular Thai restaurant. While other Thai restaurants in the neighborhood have good food, this restaurant is just a notch above due to their tasteful decor. We ordered Pad Thai, barbeque chicken, massaman chicken curry, chicken satay, and sticky rice. Skip the sticky rice, it costs more than the plain rice and it is so packed together the sauce from the food doesn't penetrate the rice. The dishes were excellent. There was plenty of food for 4 with even some leftovers. Service was attentive. The food arrived promptly and it was warm. The price is on par for similar Thai restaurants. Overall an enjoyable dinner.

This is my go-to restaurant when I want a guilt-free lunch. I'm not a vegetarian but I've never felt like eating here was a sacrifice. My personal favorites are Masala Veggie Curry (with brown rice of course), the Pho, and Pan Fried Noodles. Try this place and you'll be a convert too!
