Though Nunoâs bistro and cafe euro have the same owner, their menus and everything else are completely different. Check out the menu on line. This is a contemporary menu with emphasis on fresh local produce and Mediterranean influence. My husband and I split the peach salad and breakfast sandwich which as you see I the pictures were generous in portion and delicious. They have flamenco dancing every last Sunday of the month.

This restaurant offers a wide variety of Mexican dishes with lots of vegetarian options. I had veggie burrito which was chock full of various vegetables including zucchini, peppers and eggplant (among others) as well as rice and cheese. It was really large and I ate the whole thing. I ordered it wet with red sauce. However, I would say that the red sauce was quite bland compared to most of the red sauces at similar restaurants. There is a taco bar on Tuesdays (but not for vegetarians). Draft beer and margueritas are reasonably priced at $4.50 per glass. My wife really liked the vegetarian enchiladas.

Located in a strip mall in North west Upland, this local Mexican spot has average Mexican food - nothing creative, typical stuff. A full bar, numerous TVs and a small outdoor patio area (with parking lot views) are here. Often there are groups (frequently small kids/sports teams etc) and there is a function room.
I had the meal for two and it came with four pieces of chicken, tortillas, two salads, three small sides, two drinks and two chocolate churros all for $10. That's $5 each for all this food! It's good quality and very tasty! You don't leave hungry and you won't be sorry you ate here.
Tonight we decided to try El Pollo Loco again and at the same Upland location and were once again disappointed! It seems that whenever we visit, dine in or carry out, the dining room is always in disarray and the salsa bar needs replenishing. The wait is always long and the food 85% of the time, cold and the "special" order is wrong.Tonight was no exception, decided to try the Carne Asada tostada bowl, what a disappointment. The bowl had very little meat, too much lettuce/cabbage and rice and..... You guessed it, was cold. Oh, and the chips were hard and had a tasty stale taste.,,,,, Will have to find another location if they don't get it together and soon!
