As someone who used to love Subway, once I discovered Jersey Mike's I haven't been back to Subway. The original #13 is my favorite. Fresh bread, sliced cheese and meat when you order it and the oil and vinegar makes it my favorite. The service is always good, with friendly staff. The booths and tables are always clean and the place is very comforting.

I stopped by for their free burrito promotion yesterday and tried their Sofritas (tofu) tacos. They were pretty good. I like they make it in front of you and you can choose what to have them put on the tacos. The three tacos were pretty filling. The put so much stuff (brown rice, black beans, salsa, cheese and lettuce that they barely fit into the basket. Due to the one day promotion, there was a long line but it went pretty quickly. It was a nice promotion - I can't wait to go back for my free burrito over the next month.

A great addition to the Shoppes in Westlake Village -- this unique sandwich shop has everything from Peanut Butter and Jelly made YOUR way, to traditional Turkey, Reuben, etc..The kicker, is you have a TON of choices on how you want your sandwich finished. Cheeses, Sauces, Veggies --Made to order -- and very good!

Where to begin? This place consistently overfries the chicken to the point of excess dry crunchiness. If they truly have different styles of chicken this store doesn't cut it. it all tastes the same, smelling of grease from the deep fryer. I've been there 3 times and it has been consistently horrible. I will not return
