This place does not disappoint. Itâs been here around awhile so youâre not going for the looks but for the food. Itâs a mom and pop breakfast joint! Come early if you donât want to wait. Thereâs counter seating and they can accommodate large party. B22 omelette is my fave.

A casual dining SoCal tradition, NORMS has been the go-to neighborhood destination since 1949. As part of NORMS warm and familiar experience, NORMS team members personally form long term connections with each and every guest, giving them a sense of belong
Norms is a classic southern California restaurant/diner. The food is consistent, and the quality is always good at a price that won't break the bank. While there are other diners to choose from, I always come back to Norms - especially when I have an out of towner that is craving something like steak and eggs for breakfast - it just can't be beat.We re so happy to hear that you are such a fan! We look forward to seeing you on your next visit.

Calling all adrenaline junkies and families looking for fun in the sun! The Black Bear Diner in Torrance will certainly hit the spot, whether youâre filling up before heading out to the nearby beach or winding down after a long day of hiking, surfing, bea
Our Square Dance Club had a fund raiser so the wife & I headed there and met up with numerous club friends. Seems that the diner was shy at least one waitress however the young lady did an excellent job of handling half the diner on her own.She was fairly prompt in getting to us and our drinks arrived shortly after we ordered them, and she was quick to get me refills. Our food came fairly quickly and there was enough on each of our plates to take half home for a dinner the following night (and bear in mind, we ordered the 'Less' portion!)!The food was delicious and we appreciated the young ladies service.Although the diner is a bit off of our usual path, it certainly would be worth returning!Enjoy!

If you are in Old Torrance and for a good breakfast or lunch spot Rudy's is your place. The menu is basic but every dish is done well. Also check the specials board if you are looking for more interesting omelet of lunch choices. Remember to bring cash as they DON'T take credit cards. Fortunately there are a number of ATMs within walking distance if you do forget they are cash only.

Eat At Joe's has been serving up great food made fresh and fast to the South Bay community since the 1960s! Our home-style cooking, big portions, and friendly service have made us America's favorite diner. The founder, Joe, worked all day every day to kee
Came to this place based on a Google recommendation. Google described it as a âbustling dinerâ and it certainly lives up to its name. Although there were several patrons waiting outside, we waited about ten minutes after listing ourselves. They have two seating types: one is communal (long bench, similar to a school cafeteria) and the other is standard table and chairs. I didnât mind the communal seating. Service is top-notch. Everyone we encountered was friendly including our server, host and even the cashier. I ordered the John Wayne special. It consists of a tortilla, home fries, cut up sausage patties, two eggs (done over easy) and a âSpanishâ sauce. Itâs not the most appealing of looking dishes, but hearty. Frankly, I found the food at Rubyâs to be more memorable. I really enjoyed the coffee, though. Youâll certainly get value for your meal. Portions are large and itâs not too expensive. The John Wayne special only cost $9.99. While this concept is great, itâs food for the masses and Joeâs doesnât really deliver on quality ingredients. Another reason I took off a dot is because of all the styrofoam and plastic this place uses. Thank you for coming by to check us out and for taking the time to share your honest thoughts. I'm glad to hear that you had top-notch service and that you enjoyed the JW special and coffee. I appreciate your feedback about the Styrofoam as well. We are working to be better about that. Hope to have you back for a more memorable experience next time! Sincerely, Alex
