Carmelita’s in RSM overlooks the beautiful Santa Margarita Lake. The food is very good and so are the margaritas. The black bean dip & fresh handmade guacamole are signatures starters. This is a very good restaurant and the ambience is wonderful. Steve Concialdi

I LOVE TAPAS & BEER! This place is the bomb.com and if you live in RSM, it is a must try.I moved into the apartments up the street from Tapas about a month ago and we've been here 3 times already. We like to walk over, watch the game, have some cocktails & eats, then not worry about driving home. The ambiance is good. TVs to watch a variety of sports games, country music, bar stools + seating and never too many people. They have craft beers and some delicious cocktails, I recommend the strawberry cocktail. The food is great. I've had the mac n cheese, spanish meatballs, chorizo flatbread and steak sandwich. I have never been disappointed. Every single food item tastes totally fresh and homemade. The main reason I love this place because RSM has an overabundance of chains; original restaurants you can't get anywhere else do not exist. I'm over the Red Robins of the world and if you are too, try this place out. You won't regret it.

Always fresh, perfectly cooked chicken. Good sides and the new Pollo Bowls are good too. I tried the Pollo Cobb Bowl along with my usual 8 piece Thighs and Legs. Tortillas are also fresh. This location seems to be well managed and always busy. Service is friendly and efficient. The main downside is there is limited seating and only two tables outside right next to the drive through queue. The downside is also small and hard to navigate sometimes. The quality of the food makes up for the limitations.

Inka Mamas

Went twice for supper the week of 04/21. Introduced to the location by a colleague on Tuesday, 04. 24, and then I went back on my own the next evening as well. Easy to get to - located in a shopping mall so parking was easy. Seating was wide open for the early supper crowd like us (before/around 6pm). First visit I had the Empanadas (Carne & Pollo) for an appetizer and an entree of Cabrito Norteno - which is a lie!!!!! This is a biiiig dish - I had 2 meals and a snack out of this one serving. When I saw it on my plate it reminded me of the Fred Flintstone Brontosaurus ribs that tipped over his car! Beans and sauce were great! Finished with the flan which was "ok". I wouldn't get it again as it wasn't worth the calories.j Loved the Lavazza coffee! Second visit I had 2 appetizers. the Empanadas (Pollo & Epinaca) and the Causa (Pollo). I enjoyed everything again, including the Lavazza. I would highly recommend this place and will be back again when in the area.
