Food great - lovely burgers, though expensive. Second time round I was served by an unfriendly lady who was unhelpful and made ordering a frustrating challenge. I shared my frustration with her, to which she simply smiled and went on her way - no apology or explanation. Shame - I hope this person doesnât drag the reputation down. Not the kind of service I would expect for those prices.

The prices were high, I thought. I ordered the captain's platter (a mix of seafood). I got 3 scampi shrimp, two fish stick like things and about 4 breaded butterfly shrimp. $20. The plates weren't hot. The salad had brown leaves in it. Rob ordered the lamb chops and they were tiny. His dinner was lukewarm. $18 for two lamb chops. We wouldn't eat here again or recommend it.

Bishop Food Guide: 10 Must-Eat Restaurants & Street Food Stalls in Bishop
My sister and I chose this place to go to lunch today. We've never been here before and are not golfers. It was older inside and small. We were told to sit anywhere so we sat next to the window that looks out over the driving range. We should have sat outside it was a beautiful day. We were greeted by a waitress who did not seem very friendly nor did she say hello, just asked what we wanted to drink. I ordered the sampler platter which was a sample of different appetizers they have ($11.99). My sister ordered the red hot chicken wings ($8.00) and also a barbecue chicken wrap with a salad. The food was brought out hot and quick. Although my sister order hot wings they didn't come out spicy. They were deep-fried without any hot sauce. When we asked about the hot sauce she said that they were out. It would have been nice if she would have let us know before she brought them out. If we had known that we would've canceled that order. Nevertheless they were cooked well and tasted good but it was not what was expected. Oh well. We were about 10 minutes into our meal when the waitress came over and dropped the check off as well as to go boxes without asking if we wanted anything else. We both felt like we were being rushed out of the restaurant and it wasn't even busy. Overall the food was good but not worth it to return.
