Came in for an early dinner with a plus 1. We were seated almost immediately. Noah was our waiter and he did a great job. Attentive and friendly. We ordered 2 of the strawberry basil gimlet. It is absolutely refreshing and crisp. The right amount of basil added into this drink made it one of the best strawberry drinks I've had. We then ordered the Chèvre which consists of warmed goat cheese, fresh tyme, marinated olives, and olive bread toast. Also, a savory ate to compliment the weather. We then ordered our entrees which were the Novo lettuce wraps and the Ahi nachos. Melt in your mouth poke, so delicious!!! This is a must stop whenever in downtown SLO. We will come again! Thank you for the great experience! We're glad you had a great evening with us! We saw your review on Yelp too, thanks again! We'll see you again soon!

We went for the MP Paella, which featured lobster, scallops, and octopus. It was tasty, which lots of crunchy vegetables. My only complaint was the very small portion of lobster included (given the price of the dish). We also tried the split-pea hummus at our server's suggestion, and it was exquisite--definitely house made. Overall a lovely evening.Thank you for the lovely review, we're so glad you enjoyed!

Mint and Craft is yet another successful eatery brought to us by Robin Covey, the master of great restaurant experiences in SLO. Great little place, very unpretentious, and with wonderful options--particularly in the early morning, when SLO downtown is just waking up. Very nice atmosphere, and it's always nice to sit outside and watch the world go by, SLO-style!

This is a cocktail bar. They have a full bar with beer and wine also and they serve some appetizers. They have a menu with maybe 10 different specialty cocktails that they serve but they have no other list for any other suggestions for cocktails. So being a person who mostly drinks beer and wine, I'm not that familiar with cocktails, but I wanted to try something. The waitress had no other suggestions for me unless I wanted one out of the book and they didn't seem to have a list of other things that you could order. In fact she seemed a little annoyed with me that I would be so uneducated to not know what kind a cocktail I wanted, so I think that was a little offputting to me. I think they should make a list of common cocktails that people like to order to give you some ideas. So eventually I ordered one of the book and it was fine. But I'm not really's sure I understand the attraction to a place like this. I guess is just not my thing I think I'll stick with wine and beer.
