Come to Favorite Indian Restaurant and enjoy the ultimate experience in fine Indian dining. We have been serving the people of East Bay with superb traditional Indian Cuisine for over 12 years. The relaxed, friendly atmosphere of our restaurants together
I would imagine this is a popular place with the locals for itâs weekend buffet.Nothing said to me this is amazing, but then nothing said it was poor. It was just ok. The staff were pleasant and friendly, the variety of food was ok, and the price fit the dishes. Everything is in the bill, drink, main and pudding. If I could have give it 3.5 I would have.

Very busy place for a Sunday brunch. We came after 1:30pm and it was crowded. Really hard to get your favorite dishes because they were not being refilled often. But overall good food. They seem to have cut down on some of the dishes, but still there is a lot of varieties. Halwa puri, Paya, Haleem, Nihari, Tandoori Chicken pieces, Goat curry and much more (including sweet dishes and ice cream). Also, wish the food was a little bit more warmer. Price wise it is a very reasonable place to eat. They charged $16 per person. Great price for the value of the food that was offered. The host was extremely nice guy. He was friendly with a good sense of humor. I came here many years ago, and had good memories of the food. Did not leave disappointed. I would recommend this place to anyone and will come back again.

Great food! Funny little hole in the wall place...looks like it used to be a bank, or convenience store or dry cleaner, or??? Not big.SO. Good. I've spent time in India and can echo others who say this is the real thing.Hubby had a sizzling platter that was slammin'. I don't eat meat, and it smelled tempting even to me!Chaat and snacks are done just right- no need to go to Berkeley or Fremont.Fresh, and expertly prepared. They also have all the sweets.Service was quick and kind. And prices were way below what I'd expect.this is a great one!
Where to eat Asian food in Hayward: The Best Restaurants and Bars
We were visiting family nearby and decided we needed to provide dinner. They have eaten here before so we thought we would give it a shot. They have an excellent setup where you can go to their website, review the menu and actually place your order. We followed that process and it worked just fine. Our group dinner included the Tandoori chicken, Rogan Josh, Vegetable Biryani, Lentils, and a good selection of nan. All were good but for the ladies the Lentils were a little on the spicy side.Prices are very reasonable and the staff was on the ball getting everything ready for us to take out. They have a good selection of Indian beer so next time I may try eating there. The building is nothing to see being stuffed between the car dealerships but the food is worth a try for anyone who likes Indian food.
