Rancho Palos Verdes (also known by the abbreviation RPV) is a city in Los Angeles County, California atop the Palos Verdes Hills and bluffs of the Palos Verdes Peninsula. An affluent suburb of Los Angeles, it is known for large tracts of open space and expansive views of the Pacific Ocean. Rancho Palos Verdes is translated as "Ranch of Green Sticks", probably referring to the willows in the northeastern part of Bixby Slough (now known as Machado Lake) shown on earlier maps.

I ordered the Shrimp Chop Suey. It came with fried rice, spring roll and s beverage for $6.05. The veggies were fresh and cooked crisp tender. Everything tastes great and you get a lot. I could not eat it all. Service was fast and pleasant. I ate in the restaurant and watched many people pick up to go orders. This will be a regular stop for the value and quality.

I can't say enough about these people. One time we needed to find--at the last minute (the same DAY)--a place to seat and feed 70 people. And they came through!!! We go here more than anywhere else because we know the food is reliably great, the service is spot on and it's so FAST. Good prices, too.

We ordered $65 worth of food, the Pu Pu sampler tray was passable with the Spring rolls (2) Tempura style shrimp (2) being greasy and the regular & Cream Cheese won tons being greasy and miserly of filling, the Spare Ribs (2) had more fat than meat and the marinated Beef Sticks missing altogether. The Vegetable Egg Fu Young patties (3) were tiny and would be 1 patty elsewhere, happily were tasty, tragically it's "Gravy" was a watery flavorless brown liquid neither sampled for taste or density by the kitchen. BBQ Pork was dry, flavorless slices that pre-fab sweet dipping sauce couldn't redeem. Shredded Beef in Hot Garlic Sauce barely was that and smelled like fish. Of the Chinese Chicken Salad, the meat portion was scanty and dry, the pre-fab dressing ably redeeming it. The White Rice- wasn't sticky but light fluffy Uncle Ben style - not bad yet not chinese-ish... And the Mongolian Beef? It was good! Will we recommend or return here? NO
In the Von's supermarket. I know all Panda Express have the same recipes for all their food but this one seems to execute the food a step above other Panda Express take out.
