This place is not a secret. Get there early as the wait can be over an hour. That said, it is still an amazing place to dine. Casual, family friendly environment. Waitstaff is plentiful and superb. A few must order items include cucumber salad appetizer, Kurobuta Pork Soup dumplings, Shrimp and Kurobuta Pork dumplings and Chicken Wontons in Spivey Sauce (favorite item). If you get there early on the weekend you can order the Small dumplings with soup but they only make 20 orders per day. If you have room for desert you must order the the Chocolate and Mochi dumplings. They make these to order and take approximately 20 min so put your order in while you are thoroughly enjoying your meal.

This isn't elevated cuisine or anything, but for steam table Chinese grub, it's several cuts above the norm. Generous portions, a good variety, fast service and reasonable prices make this the go-to spot for take-out in Fountain Valley. Try the fried squid! Good stuff.

Christmas is a VERY busy night at Chinese restaurants. Some places can handle it. This one couldn't. Opened for dinner at 5 and was immediately packed. Regular menus were offered, but everything was not available. Food came out in odd order, with apps coming significantly after entrees, and only after repeated requests.Still waiting for the soy sauce.Food was good but not great.

We live not too far from Fu Wing Low and used to go there all the time. Food was good, service fine, prices great, and ambience was always on the tacky side. Went there recently and the food is still pretty good, but not what it was, and prices quite a bit higher. The owner retired several years ago. Maybe that explains why it has gone down a bit. The ambience, by the way, is still comfortably tacky.
