The city is a home to regional government offices, including the California Highway Patrol, California Department of Motor Vehicles, the United States Bureau of Reclamation and the main offices of the Mendocino National Forest, which comprises about one million acres of Federal land located mostly in mountainous terrain west of Willows. The population was 6,166 at the 2010 census, down from 6,220 at the 2000 census.

I love this place. Same food and menu at all locations. Really great food, staff fast friendly, quick with fast service of the food. Full menu to fulfill the needs of the most picky eater. Portions are large consider the smaller (portions area) of the menu. Breakfast great too.

After a day at track we chose Nancy's because it was not a chain restaurant and it was next to a small airport. You rarely go wrong to eat at a small airport cafe. We chose wisely. Nancy's home-cooked menu was a guarantee for a decent meal. We chose burgers, which were carefully prepared and sumptuous including curly fries so perfectly crispy and onion rings that were nicely done. We could not imagine a better cafe at a small airport exists.

You can actually walk up and stand outside and drink beer! This is a must visit place in Willows, CA!It's a local legend!Also has great food! Hamburgers, BLT's, Hot Dogs, all kinds of potatoes, including Tater Tots! You've just got to pull off I 5 and visit this great little bar!

I was staying at the Baymont Inn across the street so after a long day of travel it was nice to be able to walk to dinner and bring the food back to the room. The staff for friendly and the restaurant was very clean. Food was hot and fresh.
