The Ceviche Mixto is Peruvian style with white fish, large shrimp, and calamari rings marinated in a tangerine citrus base served with thinly sliced red onions and fried corn kernels. It is very light and refreshing. We also had the chicharron chicken, as well as the empanadas. All were very good. Service is friendly and efficient!

I've gotten take-out from this place several times and really enjoy the food. However, on a recent Thursday night I called in the order. After the phone rang 7-8 times a woman answered. She took my order and said to pick up my food in 20 minutes because the kitchen was "busy". I waited and drove several miles to the restaurant. Although there were 4-5 workers running around like their heads were cut off I waited another 10 minutes as the counter for someone to approach me. Several looked my way, but no one came over. Finally, a woman came to the register and I gave her my name. She rushed off and 5 minutes later a man who appeared to be the "manager" came and said they had not put my order in and it would take another 15 minutes. I couldn't believe it. He didn't even offer me a discount or an apology. I told him to forget it. I don't plan to ever do business with this establishment again.Hi Ron,I am very sorry to hear about your experience. Our goal is to give everyone a five star experience. A take out order should be ready in 15 minutes. We should never lose and order, but if we do, we should apologize, take care of you immediately and give you a discount. I would like to work with the team to make sure that this doesn't happen again. Can you please let us know the exact Thursday this occurred so we can give the individuals working that evening additional training?Dan

Have not eaten here in over a year but felt like some Peruvian cuisine. First of all the window had a sign "dishwasher needed, preparer needed and cook needed". The restaurant had been painted and looked fresh and bright. But looking at the menu the prices had increased. The drinks also increased. I ordered a merlot and it was very good. I ordered the famous causitas and was very disappointed. The shrimp on one of the appetizer had frozen shrimp which was still frozen. The shrimp was also farm raised based on their taste. The causitas had also shrank in size. The small salad was also a little watery. The bread was not the crispy style they yes to have and the rice with the chicken dish was undercooked and hard. The sign gave me a clue but I ate there anyway. I'm going to look for a new Peruvian Restaurant.....
