This place is a hidden gem. While the service is sometimes spotty, the food is a delight. I really like the chicken and rice plate. The noodle bowls are good and have plenty of chicken and noodles. You can't go wrong here...

An interesting mix of baking & brunch/lunch items - soup, salad, sandwich. Oddly for a modified cafeteria style chain dining, breakfast items are only available until 10:30 weekdays, 11:00 on weekends. Cinnamon Rolls are doughy, seemingly undercooked at this site, but the Cobblestones are great!

The place was packed on a Saturday night, I got take out. It took about 15 min (as promised). The fresh spring rolls were perfect and dipping sauce divine. The Beef Noodle Soup with Sliced Steak was just OK...the noodles were fabulous, the sprouts, basil, jalapeno and cilantro were crisp and fresh. I thought the broth was lackluster, seemed dilute and lacked that typical Pho saltiness and flavor that should make you savor the broth. The sliced steak was more like roast beef that was at least 50% fat (my dogs enjoyed that part). I will definitely try some of the other dishes and see if things improve as it seems like they have all the ingredients for success.
