Souplantation

Souplantation and Sweet Tomatoes creates an all-you-care-to-eat dining experience with a daily selection of made-from-scratch soups and salads and hand-crafted muffins, focaccia, breads and tasty desserts.

apparently this is one of the first souplantations. it's awful; very dated, tough to navigate, and not enough space for the food stations so everyone is crowded on top of each other. The pizza bread was out of stock most of the time. salad options were fine, but besides that, it was slim pickings. I'll stick to the souplantation in Los Angeles.

PHO'77 Vietnamese Noodle and Grill

Located in a small shopping center, it's very nicely decorated. We had a very good lunch here. We also appreciated the attentive staff and easy parking. They have a small vegetarian section on the menu. I had a vegetarian version of the Bun Cha Gio, a dry rice noodle bowl with egg roll. One disappointment was that they did not have a vegetarian version of the sauce for this dish, but otherwise it was excellent. I would definitely return.

This is not true of all Panera locations. Ours is excellent! We stopped here on a road trip. Our plan was to pick up a bagel-quick in and out. Not!! It took about 10 minutes just to order, then we were given a pager/buzzer. After 10- 15 minutes, we decided to go up to the counter. There was the bagel just sitting. Needless to say, it was not warm (requested toasted) and dry.Either they didn't have enough help or they were poorly organized.
