Over the years of visiting Borrego Springs, we've tried all the other Mexican restaurants in town and keep coming back to Carmelita's. They have great margaritas and terrific food. Portions are generous and served piping hot. Friendly and efficient staff. It's where the locals go! No need to say any more!
