Dublin (formerly, Amador and Dougherty's Station) is a suburban city of the East (San Francisco) Bay and Tri-Valley regions of Alameda County, California, United States. Located along the north side of Interstate 580 at the intersection with Interstate 680, roughly 35 miles (56 km) east of downtown San Francisco, 23 miles (37 km) east of downtown Oakland, and 31 miles (50 km) north of downtown San Jose, it was referred to as "Dublin" in reference to the city of Dublin in Ireland because of the large number of Irish who lived there. Casa Orozco at Dublin is an ideal place to enjoy a meal with family and friends for authentic Mexican cuisine. They serve mouth watering Fajitas, Enchiladas, Burritos and chips with salsa; with a variety of Beer and cocktails. The ambiance is unique and the restaurant has a spacious and wonderful atmosphere. The staff are friendly, courteous and helpful. The place is child friendly. We enjoyed Beer, Sangria, Kids' Enchilada, Chile Relleno, Pollo Asado Verde (Grilled chicken with adobo verde and served with fresh mango pico), Arroz Con Pollo (Boneless chicken served hot on a bed of rice with enchilada sauce and melted cheese). The kids also enjoyed their specialties. A memorable meal indeed.

I understand restaurants can have off-nights, get busy and have staffing problems if one or two staff are absent for their shifts. My partner and I were celebrating our birthdays, and wanted to eat some decent Mexican food so we went there on Saturday 4/27. Both of us had individually been there for lunch, covered by our employers, but we hadn't been there for dinner service. We'd seen they had a very tasty sounding ceviche on the menu, so I thought I would try that.Previous experiences were very good. Good food, good service.Last night was a disappointment. First, they ran out of ceviche. Strike 1.They had some tortilla chips & salsa to munch on while looking over the menu. The salsas were good and varying heat level. The hottest salsa was very good, but I've had hotter salsa from a jar at the supermarket, but OK, that's just snacking food and I can forgive them.I took my time looking over the mixed drink menu and the server came by to ask if we were ready to order. As I had not yet made up my mind I asked for another 1-2 minutes.20 minutes later he came back, even though I caught his eye a few times to indicate a readiness to order that he ignored. The table to my right had been waiting 30 minutes to order food, were seated before us, and ultimately he took our order before the couple who'd waited longer. They were miffed, but took it in stride.I skipped the mixed drink, and tried to order ceviche. They were out. So, I ordered the Sopa de Tortilla for starter and the Enchilladas del Mar while my partner skipped the starter and went for the Mole Poblano.Delivery was quick. The Sopa de Tortilla came first, and it was very good. Very flavorful and served near the right temp for eating. Very good, so that was a win.My main course came before I was finished with the sopa, and with small tables and the large size of the plate dinner then felt a little cramped for space. The main course, which I was expecting something more of, was fairly bland overall. Not spiced or savory as I was expecting from eating Mexican food in Mexico before. The shrimp in one of the two enchilladas was luke warm, as was the "crab" in the other. The shrimp was tasteless, I couldn't even be sure I was eating shrimp until I looked at it. Very very small shrimps in the enchillada and they had almost no flavor. The crab in the other had no flavor of it's own. I know crab is a light tasting meat - I've had king crab legs before in Seattle and elsewhere, but they usually have a pleasing taste. This had no taste, and had a texture similar to eating shredded triscuit wafers without flavor - very dry even though it was in a sauce. The enchillada sauce was a 3 out of 10 on flavor.I've had mole before, and the chicken is usually tender and moist. I tried some of my spouse's mole and, while better than my dish by far, the chicken was a bit tough and dry. At least it had way more flavor than my meal. Our bill + 10.00 tip was about 80.00, and we discussed it this morning. Neither of us felt as though we got value for our money. We won't be bothered going back.On the plus side, though service was slow, it was courteous, so full marks for that.

Coco Cabana has a nice atmosphere, the interior is fairly dark. There is a big bar and ample seating in the dining area. I have visited twice and both times the service has been outstanding. The food is average, but highly priced. We shared from the tapas menu, with chicken tacos, corn, dip, and sliders. Nothing to write home about, but not bad either.
