Nine of us celebrated the birthday of one of our daughters at Moa. We ordered family style two chicken dishes (one spicy), a pork and a beef dish. Also, two orders of the clear rice noodles. All the usual Korean "small" dishes (constantly replenished). There was plenty of food for us, and we polished it all off. Quite tasty, One of our sons is a "regular " there, and we can see why.

Very good. Nice side dishes of condiments for the Bul-go-gi which was cooked just right! Pleasant atmosphere with pop/80s music on the low side. Wonderful service. I will return...will try the short ribs next time!

Did takeout from this Korean restaurant that sits inside a strip mall/plaza in Pleasant Hill and came here expressly for the Korean fried chicken. While you can get it glazed with soy sauce-based or spicy sauces, we went with plain and were not disappointed. It came out piping hot and remained so by the time we got home and it had a great crunchy outside and succulent meat inside--perfectly cooked. We also tried the kim chee fried rice which was full of kim chee and had a mix of crispy and soft rice grains, with good flavor but a bit on the salty side. The glazed potatoes were not traditional Korean-style caramelized glazed potatoes but rather were a large, heartier version served with a more sweet-savory glaze and topped with sliced almonds -- still excellent but you need the right expectation.Looking forward to trying other things on the menu, and highly recommend calling ahead if doing takeout of the fried chicken since they make it to order.
