Exquisitely enchanting experience within an historic setting along tree-lined streets, this European-inspired restaurant offers welcoming service and delicious dining within elegant, but not stuffy, surroundings. Floral arrangements and music delight, with seating on the garden front patio or within the intimate, elegant, wood-paneled library room adorned with frescoed ceiling. Enjoy a white peach Mimosa or Sangria with your signature Rosemary & Currant Bread house specialty. Finish with a decadent dessert. As you will not want to return to reality by departing, wander into the attached Gourmet Market & Gift Shop to complete this truly enjoyable experience. I am anxious to revisit this lovely family-owned venue.

It was my Sunday Funday donut day and while I was in Monterey Park I stopped by to get a Ham, Cheese, and Jalapeño croissant and a glazed twist. What's up with all the whiners who say this place sucks, they are completely wrong I think they just need to go sit on the curb and cry. I shared them with a coworker and we really liked both pastries which were very fresh, the croissant could've had some heat but it wasn't spicy at all.
