Food was just OK, Staff seem a little unhappy about being there. Had to wait for toast with breakfast, had to look for coffee. Breakfast was so so. The view and memorabilia are great if you are into Airplanes. We might go back for dinner, but I'll be going someplace else for breakfast.

Tripadvisor needs to get their act together. California City is NO WHERE NEAR Hollywood or Universal City. Any way, if you are in UNIVERSAL CITY, go to Bubba Gump Shrimp. The food was spectacular. We have been to other Bubba Gump's but this one is the bomb! I had the halibut and shrimp. Umm buddy, this stuff was good. The family loved theirs as well. My daughter had the Mac and Cheese with Shrimp. You might ask yourself, who does that? Well, I tasted it too and we both thought it was the BEST Mac and Cheese we ever had. Mama had the breaded shrimp and fries. Oh the fries, WOW!!! They were crisp, but not too crisp. They were just right! Oh and the signs. They had these flip signs on the table that said whether you want the waitress or not. Run Forest Run! Highly Recommended.

One of the better restaurants in the chain. had a problem for a time there with understanding the locals, however, there seems to be a change in the attitude of management towards what the locals want in a sandwich. Staff is always friendly, professional; place is always very clean. Sometimes their hands are tied, can't serve the customer for trying to serve/appease the management.
