I love the taco salads with chicken. The ingredients are always fresh. The only thing I don't like is El Pollo Loco did away with the Italian salad dressing which I eat with my salads. All of there dressing have mayonnaise or cream base which I don't eat. But I work around it and get the to go and bring my own dressing.

At one time, I was in Taco Bell 2-3 times a month. The last time I went was at their Lonetree location. The service was slow, the floor was cluttered with napkins and wrappers and the food was terrible compared to what I once was able to count on from them.

In my experiences of going there, the food made me sick (adominal pains, and other symptoms). I never have gotten sick eating at the other Taco Bell locations in the Antioch area. The place is not kept clean. I noticed that the workers would have gloves on and mop the floor or clean the kitchen with some kind of cleaning solution, then would turn around and make tacos or something without changing their gloves and washing their hands. One time a homeless man came in to ask for a cup of water. The guy behind the counter gave it to him, but acted like he despised the man. I offered to buy the man a meal, and the homeless man appreciated it. However, the guy behind the counter resented it and despised me for helping the man. I didn't like his attitude. He could be the one homeless and be treated like trash.
We have been here two or three times. Not only is the food excellent, but it is fresh and very tasty.
I work outside of the country but this is the first place I stop when I am in town. I love their fish tacos. The place is clean, airy, has a child's play area, the food is awesome and so is the staff.
Worst experience ever and worst customer service. Went throught the drive thru to order got 2 burritos and one chicken quesadilla. They got one of my burritos wrong and have me a steak quesadilla. I called and told them and they said they would replace my whole order for free which I was happy about, but then that called back and said that one of their employees said that they specifically remembered putting chicken on it and basically said I was a liar. They called back and said that the owner said I had to bring back the food to prove I was right in order to get my order replaced. Extremely disrespectful and no customer service what so ever. Never coming back there again! And I wouldn't suggest it for the rest of you.
I love the three-way appetizer sampler...and the drinks. However, I ate two times at this Chili's and the atmosphere is really cold. Our servers were ok but it must be the area or something because people are not friendly. Oh well....

We were delighted when we saw that they served breakfast, so this morning, actually almost noon, came for breakfast. Needed something nearer to us than Sylvia's which we like over in Antioch. Breakfast was ok, but not spectacular. Eggs, done medium, came out with hard yolks. Waffle was hard, and sausage links over cooked. My wife likes her toast hot, but even twice, could not get hot toast. So, back to the drawing board.

Loved the Food and the History of New Mecca.Food feels home-cooked, I knew I was going to have a great time meal when our Server asked if we preferred Soup, Salad, or a Quesadilla as an included starter before our meal. Quesadilla of Course! My Colleague and I both chose the grilled "Fajita-esque" platters (though they were called something else).Flavorful, natural, authentic, and delicious!Make sure to read about the Owner Guillermo, who appeared to have a heart even bigger than our appetites. He evidently catered frequently catered for the Oakland As and was a personal friend of Tony LaRussa.Always nice to experience a Local Restaurant with a deep, meaningful connection to its Community!
