Pieology is a chain of over 40 restaurants in 12 states that serves oven-fired pies made with a diverse range of sauces, cheeses & toppings. This unit in Fullerton on State College Boulevard near the intersection with Chapman Avenue is the spot where the concept originated. The service style is build-your-own, much like Subway for sandwiches and Chipotle for burritos. You first choose the kind of crust (white, whole wheat or gluten-free). Pieology specializes in thin crusted pies, but if you prefer a thick crust you can order one for an additional charge. Next, you select your sauce (red, Alfredo, herb butter, olive oil, pesto, BBQ, etc.), choose your cheeses and meats, and finally pick your toppings (various vegetables, garlic, basil, olives, etc.). They are very generous with the amount of toppings places on your pie.For those who find the build-your-own process a bit overwhelming, there are also pre-determined pizzas (such as cheese, veggie, Margherita, Alfredo, etc.) on the menu. The pizzas taste delicious and are a very good size for the price you pay. On our visit the service was friendly, quick and helpful. There is a good amount of seating inside. The parking immediately around the restaurant is a bit limited, so you may have to park in the adjacent shopping center. If you like the idea of customizing your pizza and enjoy a high-quality pie, you should consider a visit to Pieology.

I have been to many Italian restaurants and I must say Lascari's is very good. Their baked ziti is awesome. My all time favorite lunch from them is the Turkey ABC (avocado bacon cheese) if your in brea around lunch time, try it. I bet you will dig it!!!

I have been to California Pizza Kitchen several times during the course of my life and have always had a positive experience. My last experience was no exception. What separates California Pizza Kitchen from other pizza oriented establishments, is the fact they truly have their own niche. A California style that is unique and all their own. Although there are many interesting and delicious pizza combinations on the menu, my overall favorite has always been the Thai Chicken Pizza. It's has its own unique taste reminiscent of an old school, Thai restaurant in Bangkok, mixed in with some California attitude. I can eat a whole one of these baby's with no problem. It's a heavenly, culinary experience. The restaurant is large, airy and clean. The wait staff are mostly younger 20 somethings. Service was good and usually is. California Pizza Kitchen is definitely the kind of pizza restaurant to go to, when you have had your fill of your Dominoe's or Shakey's Pizza parlors.

Situated in a non-descript strip mall, Stefanoâs is not far from downtown Main Street Yorba Linda but well worth the effort to find. The Stefanoâs Salad is outstandingâfresh greens with all sorts of goodies such as roasted chicken, bacon and artichoke. The Ham and Swiss panini is also epic (theyâre known for their ham). Their service was also terrific and friendly. A great lunch stop after visiting the Nixon Library!

Tony rocks his food! I have, two favorite pizza places in the U.S. Tony's and Vito's in Michigan. And Tony knew Vito's pizza. He use to live in Michigan for a time, like me. Small, small world!! Go in and say hi to Tony. One friendly guy and you will flip over his pizzas.

If you are looking for an Italian Restaurant in Brea, CA then come to Buca. Our Italian Restaurant serves Authentic Family Style Italian Food. No one knows authentic Italian food better than everyone's favorite Italian restaurant in Brea, CA, Buca di Bepp
We visited Brea restaurant on Sunday 17th of Feb. about four O clock there was one hour wait , when we were seated more than half the table were empty, I have read the good and the bad reviews, we got the menu found out we cannot order individual meal all three of us had to agree on one meal , so we had to make two orders one is chicken the other lasagna $33.00 each order for three , the lasagna was ok the chicken had three small chicken pieces for 33 dollars no side orders included like salad or soup and was not done right and since nothing came with the entree was not enough for three people, I don't recommend this restaurant for anybody go somewhere else where you could enjoy Italian food, server were not friendly just did what they have to do. If this restaurant continue with menu for three will not survive for long other location have closed. I strongly advice owner and management to take my advice and give the option to order as family or individual your restaurant will be big bigger success.Thank you, Roger A, for choosing to dine with us at Buca di Beppo. We appreciate you taking the time to write this review and will be sure to share it with our management team. Thanks again for dining with us and for reaching out to us.

The dinner we had here at the Olive Garden was delightful. We started off with a bottle of Roscato and Calamari. Our main course was the Chanti Braised Beef with Ricotta Gnocci. It was excellent. The beef was tender and the gnocci was delicious. Our waiters were Daniel and Danielle and they were both outstanding. This meal was so good there was no room for dessert. :-(We will dine here again!

We live locally a looked for our favorite Tortellini meal at a nearby restaurant. The new owners have screwed it up. We might try something else but the minestrone soup did not taste good, it was sweet! i ordered the salmon with veggies but the veggies were barely above room temp. My wife was not happy with the tortellini, I was not happy with the soup or the veggies. The salmon was good but could not salvage the experience. With so many Italian restaurants there is no reason to return here.

Voted Best Italian Restaurant 9 years in a row by OCRegister!
We went here last April and nothing has changed. This is my sister's favorite restaurant. Small, storefront restaurant, Italian decor. Busy waitresses that make good suggestions. Lunch specials under $10. and some come with a free 4 oz glass of house wine on Sunday. Good garlic bread. Something for all tastes. Between the four us us we had: Shrimp scampi, chicken parmesan, spaghetti bolognese and beef ravioli with house salads. Fresh salads. Large portions of food. Good Crystal Springs wine. Sooo many people come here after church. Sister said that with some dinners you get free dessert. The music was not Frank Sinatra, thank goodness, but Italian arias, etc. Plenty of parking.

We were visiting family in Brea when we were invited to dinner. I was very pleasantly surprised to find original Italian cuisine. The food was very good. The staff very friendly and knowledgeable. I asked for a Zabaglione which not everyone knows and our server knew what I was talking about. Definitely worth going but make reservations first. It is a very popular place
