I met my wife and some of her coworkers for breakfast. Really enjoyed the breakfast burrito with linguica. The Omlets looked good too. They make a really killer Bloody Mary and I loved the salted glass for the Corona. The windows along one wall look into the Harley shop next door. Very cool and different. Can't wait to go back and try some of the other foods on the menu!

I always love this place! It is loud at times but the browstone feel just makes it fit! The sweet potatoe fries are to die for! Service is always a priority here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Salads are always fresh and the burgers are never dull!

Quickly seated and our drinks never were empty during our visit. The service was impeccable. We only had the pulled pork nachos but they were awesome. The chips may have been homemade and the pork was very tasty. We had some Bloody Mary's that we highly recommend. On the spicy side and nicely garnished with bacon and onions and more.Perfect flavors and you could taste the alcohol.Good place for couples or small groups of people. We will be back!

Roaming around the area on a Sunday morning, nothing open. The staff told us we could hang on the patio while they were setting up for the day. Even offered coffee!Had the basic egg, toast, hashbrowns and bacon breakfast. Very good!Great food, great service, reasonable price!

Food good and the place is noisy. Of course, you would expect a rowdy crowd at a pub! Not quite the volume needed to hear your date in a normal conversation. Better time to have a quieter meal is at lunch. We both had fish and chips and the meal came out quickly and hot out of the fryer. Cole slaw is not included with fish and chips so if you got to have slaw order a side because it's worth it and enough for two. Lots of beer choices and good selection. Of course we will return but most likely at an off time.

Two of us arrived at 11.30 for lunch. The waitress was friendly and greeted us immediately. We explained we were waiting for a third person to arrive, so declined repeated efforts by the waitress to order. Our friend finally arrived at noon, by which time the waitress was evidently otherwise occupied. She finally came by to take our orders perhaps 20 minutes later. Forty minutes later we still did not have our food. She explained there was some kind of problem with the grilled chicken. We told her to bring the other dishes. My friend's chicken sandwich was good, though the fries were cold. My clam chowder soup was excellent, the Cesar salad mediocre. Finally the grilled chicken salad arrived, it was tasty. The sour dough rolls were good. To her credit the waitress repeatedly apologized for the delays.

We visited this establishment for lunch on our way to visit relatives in the area. Altho we had been here before, and gave a somewhat bland review, it seems that they have improved. We had good service, nice selection of drinks, and the pot stickers and bone-in wings were excellent. Definitely worth the visit.

Met some friends for dinner. My first time here. Great atmosphere - diner yet a bit higher end. Food was delicious - hot - service was good. Located in a local strip mall in the midst of neighborhood/residential area but worth the trip to find.

I have enjoyed the wide selection of micro brews on tap at Commonwealth over the years. The place was a mob scene for lunch on Monday, absolutely packed. I had the Poor Boy sandwich, perfectly cooked shrimp, lettuce, and tomatoes, the fries were warm, the portions generous. The french style bread used for the sandwich was absolutely fresh, as good as you would get in France. My only complaint was it took over 20 minutes for our food to come after being ordered, but given the crowds and the quality of the cuisine this is a reasonable price to pay.

My daughter and I stopped here on our drive home from Chico to San Diego. The choices were amazing, we had to find reviews to help us pick. I got the tri-tip sandwich(Chimichuri Melt) which had awsome flavor combination and just the right meat to bread ratio. My daughter had the California Salad and it was excellent. We loved the casual but nice atmosphere and our waitress was soo nice, friendly, smiley, happy. We got our food very fast and I could not have asked for a better experience for what we were doing that evening. If in Modesto again, I will be going here. Plus it is right next to a Costco, so you can stop, have a reasonably quick and excellent dinner, then fill your tank for the rest of the journey. Easy access off freeway!
