First the positives: - The food was great. I'd come back here again because of the food.- The busboy (older man) was very friendly and went out of his way to be helpful.- The decor of the restaurant matches the food and makes the place more enjoyable.- We called ahead for reservations and were seated almost immediately with the table setup and ready. Now the not so good:- We ordered two orders of garlic bread. One arrived. One didn't. I asked the very helpful busboy to please ask our server to bring the second order - and he brought it himself, almost immediately.- Two people at our table received their dinner and totally finished it and much later the rest of the food arrived. - The servers seemed to be way overloaded with work. I saw food just piling up waiting to be taken to tables and the servers seemed to be constantly on the move, but unable to get all the work done that was needed.- We had a hard time flagging down our server to ask for basically anything.- There was a singer/guitar player in the other room, and sorry to say - he wasn't that great. But some people seemed to be enjoying the music. If I was rating this restaurant on food alone, I'd give it a 5. But all the other issues has made me drop my rating to a 3. But, as mentioned, I'd still go back here, as the food was quite good.

Great atmosphere. Enjoyed the Godfather movie pics on the wall. Had the spaghetti and meatballs with a little Chianti. It was excellent. Service was a little off but not bad. Otherwise I'd have given 5 stars. Would definitely do it again.

Had a great time there one night -- went for a glass of wine, had several! All good and made more interesting because they were served in a flight. The cheese and prosciutto dishes were great values and tasty! The wine club sounded interesting but we're from out of town...

Stopped for wine, beer, and small plates. Great French rose, excellent draft beer, and a great German sausage medley. Sat outside on a beautiful night. Service was outstanding. Will definitely return.

Food: Food was as expected for a sports bar and it was mostly âaverageâ. Our small group had the Korean wings (best item we ordered), Chinese Chicken Salad, Philly Cheesesteak and Baja Wrap. Service: Kitchen was very slow - I ordered the Chinese Chicken Salad with the dressing on the side. It came to the table already dressed. The replacement salad took so long that the rest of the group had finished eating by the time I got it. Ambiance: As expected for a sports bar â very casual, lots of TVs

Ate here with the family and some friends. The restaurant has lots of seating, a good size bar, and lots of TVs for your sports viewing pleasure. Ordering was easy, just get in line next to the bar. The pizza was made of good ingredients, and was fast enough (20 min for a large), but the crust was a tad bit burnt making it harder than most of us liked. We still ate every piece, so it didn't really hold us back. The price for a large with 3 toppings came out around $30, which is pretty steep for pizza. All in all, I would return I think I would just have curbed expectations for prices and what you get.

Three of us entered without reservations and no table was available in the restaurant. Thus sat in the bar for dinner amid a rather loud atmosphere. Every table and bar stool were occupied. The wide selection of their own brew was delicious.Th

Smallish menu, with some starters and non pizza dishes. Pretzel and dips and meatballs were liked by the kids. Pizza was excellent and salad well dressed. Good choice of beers and lagers. Deservedly popular with outside seating if the weather is ok. For what it offers, itâs very good.

We were exploring new restaurants in Los Gatos that we had not been to and Verge hit the top of the list this night. Menu sounded great. Located in the Toll House Hotel in the former dining space, it was a bit more modern but just seemed totally lacking in charm and at odds with the menu. I never forgot I was in a hotel. Frankly we almost walked out because the lack of patrons after work on a Friday, the lack of attentive staff, the too noisy bar music and the clear view that what patrons were there were hotel guests not locals.Being hungry, we adjusted our attitude and decided to try a dish. The Crab Toast sounded awesome with avocado and pork belly on brioche with a garlic aioli. It was pretty much fated to either be a giant hit or a huge letdown. Luckily it was the former! Crab was fresh and generous! Pork belly was like a nice piece of thick bacon. Everything worked!Buoyed by that experience we continued to sail through the menu. Mushroom Cobbler was like a delicious Mushroom Pot Pie with rich, thick pieces of mushroom in every bite. At this point we abandoned all reserve -- full steam ahed with the Duck and Pork Burger! Fried egg, Mac-n-cheese topping, chortle aioli, and jalapeño fries! Skipper, lower speed by 3 knots (we had them put the mac-n-cheese on the side)! So good, not greasy like I would have thought, really, really, tasty. So owners, please make it feel less like a hotel bar and locals -- give it a shot. Think you'll like it if not love it!

This is the second time Iâve been here and the venue is great. They have the option of indoor or outdoor bocce everything is great. If you donât know how to play you can get a quick tutorial. The food is another story. The Italian sodas are reminiscent of 7 up with Kool-aid. The cheese platter was plentiful but the olives were soft and salty. But go for the game.
