Lovely dinner. The appetizers were excellently prepared and so delicious. Crab cakes and hamachi were scrumptious and left us wanting more. The vegetables they were paired with complimented the dishes very well. Scallops were grilled to perfection and were tasty and oh so tender. Desserts were also very good. Loved the cheesecake. Gluten free cobbler could use some work. Bread is not up to the quality of the rest of the food.

Family, Friendly restaurant. Able to accommodate large parties. Have an arcade upstairs which is great entertainment for kids on a stormy day. We offer down home comfort foods. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner
Rosieâs Café, Tahoe City â Great vibe, great grub and great décor. Vintage knickknacks hang from the eateryâs two-story rafters, keeping hungry eyes busy until the food arrives. The breakfast and lunch menus are comparable to Fire Signâs, but Rosieâs also serves dinner, from real fried chicken to Italian schnitzel (both $17.49). Plus, theyâll happily substitute a waffle for a pancake without charge or attitude.

The view along the Truckee River ( dine outside) was simply amazing! Service top notch. Parking is iffy If they are busy. Make reservations!!! The appetizers are FANTASTIC. Main course options are satisfactory. The only reason not giving top score was the Johnny Burger was ordered medium and it was raw. With that being said, itâs well worth a evening dining in Tahoe City

I canât say enough about this restaurant! The location is prime with beautiful views of the lake. The interior is gorgeous. Two huge fireplaces take center stage. The service was wonderful. Our servers were Jenny and Dominic. They were both so friendly, informative and efficient. The food...WOW! Everything was prepared to perfection. We had tomato red pepper bisque and tomato watermelon salad with goat cheeseâYUM! The halibut and salmon were so fresh, flavorful and cooked as requested. We were so full from dinner but we had an opportunity to try a dessert they were testing and weâve never been so glad to be âguinea pigsâ. The rum raisin bananas foster bread pudding was DIVINE. I honestly canât think of a single negative thing to say about this restaurant. I just wished I lived a lot closer! This is truly one of the happiest reviews we've ever read - thank so much for taking the time to leave such a sweet note. We'll be sure to share it with Jenny and Dominic and will let our culinary team know the dessert testing ended the visit on a high note. We hope to host you again on a future trip to Tahoe!

Bite Restaurant & Bar is an American tapas restaurant in North Lake Tahoe.
Great atmosphere, menu made up of small plates, everything, including the bar, is wonderful. Try the bacon wrapped dates, ribs, cheeseburger sliders, deviled eggs, fries, cauliflower, beat salad. If you can eat at the bar, the bartenders are engaging and make a good drink.

The indoor portion of The Grid reminded me of a dive bar, but the outside deck was pleasant and uncrowded on a mid-week day at lunch time. We had 2 small children with us and didn't want to hang out in a dive bar! I had the sliders, and others had burgers, chicken wings and other sandwiches and we were all pleased with our selections.

We didn't eat here, even though we wanted to. Walked in and there were plenty of empty tables-Quite a few actually. We were told it would be an hour and a half to get pizza as that's how long the oven takes. What??? Ridiculous. Went to Whitecaps Pizza instead and it was great (and only half hour or less for pizza and the place was packed!)

We had a lovely evening meal. The waiter was helpful explaining nuances in food preparation and the owner gave a wonderful wine suggestion suggestion to compliment the meal of fresh wild caught Pacific Seabass and Brick Chicken.

Everyone should know about âJasonâsâ. We just finished a morning kayak rental experience at âAdriftâ (next door). I ALWAYS choose restaurant options based on research. I was caught unprepared when my wife and I started to think about lunch. âJasonâsâ was right there though I was reluctant since I knew NOTHING about the place. What a wonderful surprise! The service and food was outstanding! I had the blackened salmon sandwich. Delicious! We had other lunch meals at pricier restaurants in the days before. None held a candle to Jasonâs!

We stopped for lunch enroute to elsewhere, and glad we did. Excellent, varied choices on the lunch menu. We had really good crab sandwich and coconut shrimp. On nice days (this was) the patio has a superb view overlooking Lake Tahoe.
