We decided to try this Korean restaurant after reading good reviews from a local news source. We were not disappointed. the meals starts with a simple salad, soup and some typical Korean side dishes. The kimchee was fresh and tasty. For the 6 of us, we ordered the beef combo, which cost a little less than $100. The combo included generous portion of thin sliced beef, 6 strips of prime beef ribs, not seasoned, and some fillet of seasoned prime beef ribs plus some vegetable choices. In stead of self-cooking, the bbq cooking was actually done by a wait staff specifically assigned to that table. Our wait staff was very friendly and helpful. Special cooking plate was used for each types of meat; the beef slices were cooked on metal plates, while the beef strips were cooked on wired frames. The meat was very fresh, of good quality and with good tasting flavor. They were cooked just right for our preference. On the side of the bbq, there were egg and cheese flavored corn that were being cooked using the flame from the bbq. Those were OK, not real good. The total meal portion were not enough for us that we had to order another serving of the un-seasoned beef ribs, which cost about 1/3 of the combo. This meal was truly not the usual Korean BBQ.

Been to this place multiple times for tasty pho and other vietnamese dishes. In the Rowland Heights area this place is where I go. Yes there are better ones but they're either in Westminster or Monterey Park area. Food is consistent in quality. Food is served fairly quick.

The resto is typical chinese resto in ambience but the food is really good esp the lobster and the fried tofu! Cant help but eat them with white rice. The beef is also very good and tender. Highly recommended!

Our party arrived after 7:00pm on a cold rainy Saturday evening. We signed in and was informed it would be a 1/2 an hour wait but realistically an hour. We started to notice that parties arriving later than us were being seated. My relatives were hungry and advised the matradee that we will be willing to split our party into two tables to be seated sooner. Within five minutes, we were seated as a party of 4 and 2.The waitress promptly took our order and it seemed like within minutes her assistant brought each of us our pots of broth. I chose the miso broth, lamb T Rex with veggies and sesame sauce for dipping. For an additional amount of money ramen can be added but regular price included an egg, napa cabbage, tofu, generous amount of sliced lamb and glass noodles. My broth was flavorful and the combination of everything combined was satisfying and filling. The Service was decent, not overbearing. The servers checked in several times and were readily available for assistance. Overall our group was satisfied, but I personally favor my usual hot pot spot.

The difficulty of serving Dim Sum is the amount of pastime labor needed to make these little dishes in the morning that are consumed in a heart beat in one lunch setting, that is what I was told one time from one of the best Chinese restaurant in LA that served Dim Sum. There are rumors that some of the dim sum restaurants now just steam the frozen ones. This place seemed to still do it themselves but these are large portion, cheap price and not as delicate as some top notch dim sum restaurants around. They also offer Cantonese Styled foods from the kitchen both during lunch and dinner. They are alright but nothing to write home about. I have never tried their expensive dinner set courses that other friends have tried and said good things about. If you are interested to have a reserved room with better food from the kitchen, it does not hurt to investigate more.

Don't complain to the chef if your meat's not cooked the way you want it. You ARE the chef. Choices of broths or plain water to which you add veggies and sauces. Then you parboil your meat or seafood of choice.Excellent sauces and beautiful meats.Recommend the Kobe bacon. Looks fatty,j but the fat's melted off. Numerous other very nice cuts available. Interesting choices of drinks we'd never heard of and imported beers.sit at the counter or a table, but the counter has individual induction tables for your broth of choice. Table makes you share the broth.Would certainly return.

I should begin by saying that all personnel were courteous and friendly. I don't think the price is worth the food and the "show" performed by the cook. The food and serving size were average. The food comes in stages as it is cooked in front of customer. If you don't mind eating as food is placed on your plate then you will do ok. If you don't mind eating your food lukewarm then can wait for the dish to be completely served. I will give this restaurant a "fine dining" score because it is about $60 per person and that is with no alcoholic drinks and no dessert. It is family and wheelchair friendly. I must add that it is located at the very entrance of Sam's Club and parking near the restaurant may be difficult.

I went here a few times, but I found a Thai restaurant in the area that is much better. I won't come back here, but it is not a horrible option if you are around this area.
