Visited here last night. Our server was welcoming and accommodating as one of our party had a food allergy. She checked with the chef and as promised kept any unsuitable sauces/dishes separate. Be warned the portions are extremely generous therefore you donât need to order quite so many dishes. Each would feed 3-4 people. The green jungle curry and Red Devil curry were both delicious and served with rice. There were lots of vegetables within both dishes such as broccoli, zucchini, carrots so I donât feel you need to order a veg dish. The sharing sample platter and pad Thai both tasty. All in all the service , food , value for money was first class. Definitely worth a try.

The Loft, a favorite of guests and locals alike, is the resortâs comfortable all-day dining restaurant. Situated on the fourth floor, this popular Orange County restaurant features stunning panoramic views â the perfect backdrop for enjoying creative Amer
We returned to The Loft for an anniversary dinner with anticipation because of an amazing experience we'd had there before when we'd been visiting the area. Over all our experience was good, the waiter was very attentive and the atmosphere amazing, but I was surprised and disappointed when I ordered scallops for $48 and only received three. They were absolutely fabulous but I had to get more food after we left because I was still hungry and needed more protein. Later I wished I would have said something. Wondering if there was a mistake. The one other downside is that we were seated next to a table of about 10 woman who were having a baby shower. They were doing what they should have been doing, having a great time and talking about all sorts of pregnancy, giving birth and breast feeding topics. But it wasn't a great pairing with an anniversary dinner and we might as well have been sitting at the table with them.Dear Lorina, Thank you for taking the time to write us a review. I appreciate you complimenting our level of service at The Loft, as well as your feedback. I will be sure to share your review with the team and look forward to welcoming you back in the near future. This place is a hidden gem... literally. It took me awhile to find it off of Crown Valley Parkway and Alicia (it's next door to DeNault's hardware store). We made reservations for a Friday night and this place was hopping. My husband noticed a lot of people lining up for to-go- orders--that is a very good sign for Asian restaurants. The wine offerings were nice. I had Sonoma Cutrer chardonnay, which is a very good bottle of wine, and not something you would normally see at a Chinese restaurant. Our waitress Lucy was extremely charming. We loved her stories from "back home" and she made some great suggestions. We ordered the following:Salt and pepper calimari (tender as my heart and delish!), Dumplings and Potstickers. The latter two were also outstanding. Potstickers were fried perfectly and my husband declared that the dumplings were the best he's ever had.We also ordered Mongolian beef, Roast Duck and BBQ pork fried rice. OK, let's talk about that duck. OMG.... that crispy skin sent me to the moon! Thanks Lucy, for suggesting it. The Mongolian beef was also very good and the fried rice I loved-- it was not too salty and tasted VERY fresh.Food was very, very good! Overall, this place gets five stars. The owner Jonathan (his parents were the original owners but they retired) came over to our table to introduce himself and was so genuine and nice.

We had been to this place even before, but decided to go there for the mel since we ll loved their food range and the excellent service.Decision on food choice was fast since we knew what to order. Yellow curry and roti, thai veg noodles and chicken fried rice were ordered as main course after Tom Yum soup bowl. The service is so good that we were all very pleased. Kanpai Sushi was a pleasant dining experience. Our server was polite and very helpful. The sushi menus can be challenging but she navigated us in the right direction. The food was very fresh and very tasty. I particularly enjoyed the Teriyaki Beef. The California Rolls were good too. The Miso Soup was some of the best we ever had.The restaurant was spotless and the marble sushi bar was very high quality. They had 4 large flat screens showing a loop of beautiful sushi and Tokyo scenes. This was appetizing and it set the mood.

The tastefully provocative STARFISH LAGUNA is located directly across from the Montage Resort, home to one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. This gem of a restaurant is located in the heart of the Aliso Creek Shopping Center off Pacific Coast Hi
In town for business and Starfish came very highly recommended. We were impressed... started with delicious hand crafted adult beverages - outstanding. Loved the lychee martini and blackberry mojito. Dinner, we just shared small plates but the mussels in green curry was a standout. Donât forget to ask for coconut rice with it. Ask for Trish service was excellent. ;). Definitely will come back next trip.

Note: I only give and Excellent ratings to 5% of my reviews. Great fresh imported fish from Japan prepared by an imaginative chef using added ingredients like truffles, caviar and foie gras. Great preparation. Wonderful presentation. Your typical sushi/sashimi/ rolls offerings are available to accompany the chefs specials. There is a very comprehensive sake menu along with all of the Japanese beers. A must to complete your meal is the green tea Creme brûlée with fresh fruit. Prices are commensurate with the quality of the dishes that you enjoyed. This is a Japanese / sushi fusion meal that you may not be able to find ANYWHERE else. If you don't have a great meal, you can send me the bill.

Had the Sashimi appetizer, and the Alaskan roll. Sasha (my daughter) ordered the soy beans and the La Paz roll. The La Paz roll has a crispy soft shell crab in it. Everything was delicious and fresh. For drinks a small hot sake and an ice tea. Total bill with tax was 35.00.We sat in the patio on back and the staff was friendly and attentive. I will definitely return when I am back in that area.

Small & simple restaurant located in the Aliso Town Center, plenty of parkingThis is clean and the staffs are friendly. Decent prices with huge portions compare to other Thai placesAmbiance is very calm with dimmed lights. All dishes are very delicious, our favorites are Tom yum soup, Crying Tiger, & Chicken Pang Nang curry. Absolutely love the place****Adjust the spicy according to your taste) ****Beef Pad Thai, Beef Salad & the Beef Pad See-Wee ( stir fried flat, wide noodles) are under seasoning & flavorless for our tastes Definite recommend
