We've mainly gone here for breakfast. Decided to go there for dinner. We had the best 'french dip'. They make theirs with prime rib....husband said it was the best he ever had. Sliced thin and medium rare. Husband loved his potato salad and my soup was great. Read other reviews where the service was slow and this has not been the case for us.

a limited breakfast menu was included for guests of the Aladdin Motel. We were pleasantly surprised! The service was friendly, if a bit slow. The food was good, especially the strawberry jam. They did not skimp with back either.

Even though they mixed up an order, they hustled to make it right. Food is good. They have a unique version of potato pancakes. Try it. Menu is extensive, but nothing too wild.

We have been wanting to try this place for awhile now. Finally we were able to get a table with only a 15 minute wait. The service was great. We were checked on frequently and the coffee and beverages were constantly filled. The food tasted like everything was made from scratch and tasted really good. The biscuits and gravy were close to like Grandma used to make.My wife enjoyed her Chili verde omelette and the way it was prepared. It was the best sheâs ever had.We will be back and probably wonât mind waiting.Bring cash. They donât accept any other form of payment.

It was a cold Sunday morning in February. With unexpected Snow flakes showering on that day, we just finished the Sunday service at St. Patricks around 8:30am and decided to give the Mandy's breakfast a try. Reached the place in 10 minutes and the restaurant was already busy with only 3 tables available. They immediately served hot coffee & hot chocolate and got us warmed up. Coffee Refills kept coming again and again and compensated for the rough weather outside. We tried different omelettes and the quantity was good too. And the hotel staff were friendly and passionate of what they are doing. Around 9:30, there's a huge rush and folks are waiting to be seated .Seems to be a very popular place for the locals. Glad that we tried it. Will definitely stop by when we cross Columbia next time.

"Gar and Brill" is indeed how it is spell. They don't seem to have their own website, but a number of sites list them
While awaiting the arrival of a family member's baby, we stopped in for lunch AND dinner. The service was good but slow. The food was of such poor quality that I had a stomach ache the rest of the day. When we returned for dinner, I ordered the least harmful thing I could find...a bowl of soup. It tasted fine but added to my gut pain. The place was nearly empty both times...a sure sign that something is amiss there.

I really love eating at this restaurant. I've had the opportunity to enjoy both lunch and dinner and both were excellent. The atmosphere is really cool, really open floor plan with very high ceilings. Service was also excellent and good wine pours. I'm looking forward to returning soon! Enjoy!

We stopped in for a late lunch on a recent late Spring afternoon. We had been hours strolling the surprisingly interesting Main Street of Sonora and selected Emberz based on a recommendation from a local shop keeper. The lunch crowds had left already and we were seated in a great spot at the large window which overlooks the side walk and Main Street traffic. We had pleasant people watching the entire time we were there. The interior of Emberz is large and inviting with sort of a modern vibe. The menu was long and excellent. Many good options. I settled on a blue burger plus a side salad. Everything was very tasty. Service was good.I would return.

Somewhat limited menu. They were out of ribs on Sun. night which is my favorite. Large selection of bottled beer but no draft beer. Seating can be cramped. Very lively and casual.
