Nashville style spicy chicken sliders and tenders
Blazin' Hot Chicken is a variation on the Nashville hot chicken craze. The chicken is well prepared, with heat levels available to please or challenge any palate. Best of all, the price is significantly less than Howlin' Ray's, and there is no waiting in line. For $13 you get two chicken sandwiches and fries. BTW...the fries are excellent.

I have had the pleasure of having great Pizza here on 2 different occasions months apart. The sauce is very flavorful and the crust is not to thick with just the right crunch. We had had extra sauce, extra cheese, pepperoni and peppers. Awesome! I make sure to enjoy this wonderful little establishment whenever I'm in the area. They are very consistent and you won't be disaaponted.

We're a family-owned Bar and Grill in beautiful downtown Montrose, CA. We serve Weekend Brunches, daily Dinners and lunches, and have a busy bar with nightlife hours including live entertainment and karaoke.
I don't know what happened at Oceanview I guess I should have inquired, but the menu change seemed to indicate that something major had taken place, and not necessarily for the better. While the general atmosphere seems to be about the same, the level of service is poor. The waitress we got was not a very good waitress, or maybe she just had a really bad day. She did not write anything down (generally a bad sign), and had to be reminded several times about items she missed. She was then AWOL for quite some time and another server brought our meals (which took quite a while.) Oceanview used to have pretty good service, but this time, no more. Also, there was way too much noise from dishes being banged around, to the point that it made the dining experience unpleasant. The food itself was also a step down from before. Even the coffee, which used to be served in a French Press (and was very good), was different and not very good (probably instant or drip brewed facsimile thereof.) Basically, nothing was special anymore whether in taste or presentation & selection.I will probably try one more visit in a few months... Hopefully they will read this and work out the bugs. On a positive note, the place was still clean and the bar seemed to be functioning just fine. Overall, not a two star experience, but a bummer nevertheless.

Lunch today was Over The Top! Wife insisted on celebrating Father's Day for me today (Thursday) 'Cuz conflicts on Sunday. Just the two of us for a super cozy lunch. I love Mushroom ('Shroom) soup, but this cup was really over the top! Best I've EVER had. 'Shrooms freshly sliced, cream just right. Photos below show cup full and half full. Could be a meal in itself.Wonderfully Quiet! We shared the Prime Rib on the lunch menu and it was a fantastic cut, not the usual thin cut at other restaurants...this was a serious cut of Prime Rib done nicely medium rare. We ordered one entree' Cuz we knew it would be more than enuf for both of us. It was! Photo shows the entire piece, cut in half, and we still had some for 'Doggy Bag' to take home. Yes the dog will get a couple of bits, but there's enough for a beautiful lunch at home.Since entree' comes with Salad OR Soup, we ordered a side salad in addition to the Soup de Jour. Salad was very crisp and fresh lettuce, carrots, radishes, onions, bleu cheese crumbles, tomatos with a lovely dressing of choice (we chose Italian which was light and refreshing). We chose wine, a wonderful Merlot from Hitching Post Vinyards in Buelton, CA, so it was definitely a "LOCAL" wine. Same name as the historic and wonderful Hitching Post Steak House in Casmalia, CA, near Lompoc and Santa Maria, CA, but not sure if there is any connection. The Merlot was excellent, just a tiny hint of dry, but otherwise very much to my wife's liking. It really pulled the lunch together for us since we had dined in the original Hitching Post Restaurant in Casmalia many years ago. Casmalia is a Historic railroad town waaayyyy in the outback, a real railroad town, but a real down-to-earth historic dining venue. This lunch was a real treasured Father's Day celebration for us.

We enjoyed out BBQ beef sandwich...it was good, but we both agreed we have tasted better. The french fries that we ordered with it was seriously lacking a little grease on the outside of the fry...they were very dry. There is parking on the street in front of the restaurant and a large parking lot (free) in the back. This is a sit-down restaurant with waiters.

Wow, I guess we missed the exceptional service. I came here on a weeknight along with seven other ladies. While taking our order went smoothly, the waiter never once came by during the entire duration to refill drinks! I finally had to ask for more iced tea and no refills were offered to the rest dining along with me. As to the food, it was quite good. I had the shrimp and sausage dish and the shrimp were large and plentiful. The flavors in the dish all combined nicely. The venue is nice. I would definitely return.

This could very well be our hangout. The food is great, the beer selection always has something interesting, and the atmosphere is laid back. Weâve been there a few times and find all of the waiters and waitresses friendly, helpful, and speedy. Most people might look at this as a bar with food. It is that but much more. The food is exceptional and the bar is a welcoming place where the regulars gather and people there for the first time are made to feel welcome. A highlight is the eve changing menu of tap beers, many from micro-brewerys. My husband claims to be a burger expert and further claims their burgers are the best. My favorite at Basin 141 is their chicken sandwich, served with heaps of fries. We have not been there when it wasnât crowded. But we always get a seat. The bar is our first choice but the choice of high tops and booths are also great spots. If you there to watch a game youâll find you are never more than a couple of feet from a TV â they line the walls.Parking in the street and lots of free parking behind the building with a backdoor entrance.

Saw mushroom soup.. HMMM..hot day.. ordered sweet Italian sausage sandwich... with cup of soup. Mushrooms soup, several variety combined-Incredible flavor, seasoned with love. Sandwich served in perfect roll, didn't quit holding filling that was plentiful and not too saucy. In town visiting, friend brought me here... HAPPY TO HAVE EATEN HERE.

We love their stew. We invited friends to come as our guest and they ordered different things and enjoyed their meals. My husband and our friend enjoy your beers. You have a great assortment of beers. But for me, Tuesday nights are Stew nights. The meat is the large trim pieces from steaks and it is better than any stew meat I have ever had. There is a choice of potatoes and vegetables, great rolls and you will feel like you just took part in a feast. There are some very cozy booths and a nice bar. The atmosphere here is that of an English pub. This old cigarette smoke filled bar was treansformed into a very comfortable place to have a beer, cocktail, or full meal. It is very attractive to me as a senior woman. Lots of friendly people. The stairs to the women's restroom are beautiful with totally new decor in a 1930's style with tile everywhere and beautifully maintained.

I donât normally gush about a restaurant, but this one is worth gushing about! Had an early breakfast here. We were immediately greeted with warmth and humor and served a very tasty breakfast by our waiter Ricardo. You will love the extensive menu, the baked goods made on site, the aesthetic yet warm ambiance, and the generous and friendly service. Advice: go on the early side to avoid crowds.
