We found that the prices were high. We bought two fruit cakes, and they were delicious. It's an interesting stop with many foods that you will not find elsewhere. There's also a cafe where you can buy their famous date shakes and other foods. I gave it three stars because of the prices.

This is a little non-liquor store/76 gas station with a Church's Chicken on the side of it. People working there are very friendly, helpful and hardworking. Store is open 24 hrs.and has great coffee always brewing. Church's is open until 10pm, and has a drive thru window. Very inexpensive meals and good chicken sandwiches. It is very, very clean. Very convenient to freeway at Exit 101 off Interstate 10 in Banning but parking is a little cramped and limited.

Wings Garden Cafe has the best egg foo young anywhere! Their house chow mein and chicken almond are also delicious. The wait staff are the nicest. They treat you like family. The restaurant itself is like an old coffee shop in need of remodeling but it's comfortable.

A long day in the air and on the ground, walked here from our hotel. Greeted immediately, drink order taken and friendly help with the menu. My wife had the bourbon skillet which was hot and tasty and I had the double cheeseburger which was good. Service with a smile through the meal by Nicola, never an empty beverage.Really a good end to a very long and frustrating day. Value was outstanding by the way.

Stayed at the hotel next door, and thought we would try the breakfast here. Very patriotic place, lots of American flags, and a big sign on the outside offering discounts for veterans.The food was pretty good, definitely got enough to eat. The potatoes were great, the breakfast gravy was simple and good. I would love to come back for lunch or dinner, the menu looked extensive.

Came to Rubyâs because we wanted a sit down meal before 11am. They were open and in we went.Seated quickly, menus given and orders taken. Food was served hot and tasty. We had a breakfast with scrambled eggs and a hamburger with fries all tasty an good. We will return

I went with a friend for an early lunch. I ordered the Ortega and swiss omelette and my friend ordered soup and sandwich combo. Prices are from $10 and up. The omelette was very good and plentiful. It came with hash browns and toast. Service was very good.

Met friends for breakfast. French toast was fair. Gravy and biscuits were excellent. Bacon was too cooked for my taste. Decor is a throwback to the 50's. However service was 5 star all the way. Friendly and efficient.

We stopped in for a meal because it was very close to our hotel. The manager greeted us warmly and waited patiently for us to review the menu and place our order. While we waited drinks were brought to the table and a request to change the channel on one of the four wide-screen TVs stationed throughout the restaurant. Our food arrived shortly and it was delicious. So good we returned again.So happy to have you as new fans, Yvonne! Thank you so much for sharing your experience. It s a throwback to yesterday like a diner... like your grandma's Huge menu, homemade pies and pastry, Fantastic breakfasts all day. Large portions, early bird specials ... tons of parking. Super friendly service. and down right cheap prices.Some things are better than others... one surprise is their Mexican plate... better than any Mexican place in town . Speaking of that where can your get eggs and a homemade Tamale for breakfast.. The decor is home town ambiance and love.Best value in the area.
