California is a fertile, peaceful place where you’ll find a near-equal balance of vineyards and deserts, beaches and mountains, hippies and traditionalists. Catch an epic wave in Big Sur or swirl a glass in Napa Valley. Be dazzled by the Joshua Tree night sky or just star-gaze in Hollywood. Swish down the slopes of a Tahoe ski resort, or cruise across the Golden Gate Bridge with the top down and the music blasting. Above all, don’t forget to soak up some Golden State sunshine.

Pro: This is a great departure from the traditional hotel format. I liked feeling like i was in my own apartment. I had everything I needed to make my meals, wash my clothes, and record some social media content lol. Overall it's a good property. Con: I'm not a fan of the "resort fee" ($30 per day) and I think parking is a little pricey ($50 per night)

We stayed here only because they accepted our little doggie….and turned out to be a place we will stay often as it was super clean and a lot of unexpected amenities like free bikes and terrific cowboy live music!!! He played for hours and was great with the kids too.

So we had a few hours to kill and there was so much to do in and around the clubhouse. The staff was there at every step to make sure we were happy and got what we needed. Overall it was a great experience.

We want to thank the Owners for the remarkable experience we had at Greenhorn Ranch this past week. Resort style summer camp!! From reading reviews, we were aware of the special qualities and amenities of the ranch before we arrived but were delighted by the warm and friendly treatment we received from the staff, the excellent cuisine, the stately lodge with huge stone fireplace and the gorgeous surroundings. The staff was helpful, knowledgeable and competent. We were immediately impressed by your Director of Activities Jacob Walke, who we soon came to consider a friend. Enhanced by his academic background in the field of recreation and in-depth study of native horticulture, was his magnetic personality and gift of truly caring about our personal interests and what would make us happy ? We promised Jacob that we would return with our extended family as soon as we could! We were reassured that Zeke Aubrey, the Range Master, was extremely qualified and we enjoyed interesting conversations with him. High end Chef Jamie West was a treasure, creating the most delicious meals and quick to offer mouth watering freshly baked cookies to the guests to take with them to their cabin. Meal times were a treat and something we looked forward to. And Joe, wrangler and storyteller who is somewhat of a legend at the ranch, left us with memories of sitting around the bonfire while he played guitar and sang of the cowboys of the past. Our time filled with activities such as riding the trails on horseback, fly fishing, E-bike riding in the forest, shooting skeet and making new friends was balanced with serenity and relaxation. Cocktails before dinner with total immersion into the beauty and peace of the pines and mountains is unparalleled. We will be back! Laurie and Dixon Edgerton

This place was dirty. It might look good in photos, when I walked into the room, I thought it was a pretty nice place. But when I lifted up the sheets, I found specs of dirt and dandruff(?) and the towels were slightly damp. The internet didn't work and management did not care. The keycard also stopped working halfway during our stay. On top of the that, the water stopped working in the morning for one of the days. There was excrement on the toilet paper; I don't know how it can be worse than that. I tried leaving a review back in January on Google. Their manager named Charlie was nice and offered a complimentary stay. I decided then that I would give them another try in the summer because I believe in improvement. A month later and they have the audacity to say I mixed up their motel with another: "you did not stay at Omeo suites". Well I did, and I'm reposting the same pictures on here to shed some light on the situation.

The location within walking distance to downtown. Did not rent a car. The cost to park $30 to $50 depending on distance to resort. Good restaurants nearby. The Hills are demanding. Sales Presentation not worth the Visa Debit card received unless you want to be insulted.

Stayed here for two night after arriving in the US, but despite being heavily jetlagged, this place did the job. Great room w/full kitchen and balcony with partial ocean view. Nice personell, indoor parking and NO resort fee. Close to the beach/pier and multiple restaurants.

I/We just spent a few days at the Worldmark by Wyndham Balboa Park in San Diego CA, and I must say that aside of the “ridiculous parking fees,” it was a “Wonderful Experience.” What it lacks in amenities is made up for in the ambiance, location and especially the staff working in the lobby and associated areas. When we first entered the lobby, we received the friendliest greeting from the staff in the reception area. To be a little more specific, I had the opportunity to work with a super nice young lady (I forgot her name and I feel terrible, but she was working the front desk on April 17th…). And the other wonderful team members consisted of Estaban who was Amazing! Yasmin who was also very friendly, kind and helpful; and to keep it short, I’ll just give the names of the others who also made our stay fun and comfortable. Patrick, Elyse, Aaron, and Yandy. If I forgot any of the others I encountered, my sincere apologies! Do the fabulous service received; I/we will definitely be visiting this resort again. Hopefully something can be done with the Hilarious parking situation, like making it FREE! Thanks to all the amazing staff!!!

Our family booked a 2 bedroom condo for a few days while we explored the area and Channel Islands National Park. While the fixtures and building itself was a little dated, it was priced just right. Everything was very clean and well maintained. It meant so much to have the full size kitchen to prepare a few meals since everyone was tired of eating out. It had all the comforts of home! The office staff were very available and accommodating. The maintenance man was friendly and helpful. Even the housekeeping crew was friendly, making sure we were having a nice time. We slept the best here of all of our stays during our 2 week vacation. We would definitely consider booking here again!
