Very nice location overlooking the harbour entrance. Clearly a family operation with very nice speedy service at a reasonable price. They serve the usual harbourside fried fish type dishes which are as good as you would expect but also some less usual dishes such as Hake Stew which is wonderful. They cope well with young children with variations of the menu or items that are not on the menu at all. Very full mid to late evening. we shall return.

LETTER varied FISH, MEAT RICE FOR CHILDREN, tapas typical of the area, with different menus AN AFFORDABLE PRICE FOR ALL PUBLIC.
This is a well appointed restaurant on the way back to Cabo from the lighthouse, and it has a fantastic small bar (designed as a trawler) for a quick seat and a beer to recover from the heat. It has been closed for sometime, but great to see it open again.

Really good location. Went first week of December - it was about 20c and right by the Harbour so a great location and very good weather which certainly helps.
The waiters were very good , friendly and efficient.
Our meals were good . I had Sardines , my wife Sea Bass.
Good wine. Had better cheaper meals elsewhere but this was still good.
Nearly every restaurant will bring bread which is quite normal, but most don't charge.
The cost was only 3 euro and it was fresh bread
Will probably return in New Year when next in Spain

We decided it was time to go back to this restaurant & took our son & his girlfriend. We were all very impressed with the food - the starters were very tasty. Our main courses, between us were the entrecôte which was excellent, the ribeye for 2 people was very good & the suckling pig was also very good.
The waiters were friendly & helpful.
There is only really one criticism & that is that we would've liked hot plates, they were cold which meant the food got cold quicker.
We will be back soon.

This restaurant is in a spectacular location, peaceful and idyllic literally on the shores of the Mar Menor, near the Marchamalo salt flats at playa paraiso.
The restaurant owners have made the most of the location by providing a first class restaurant service at a very good price. Three of us ate a lovely meal, main course and sweet with drinks for 80 euros. The meal started with a lovely amuse bouche. The food was cooked perfectly and presentation was excellent.
As always with recommendations, the key is 'would I go again' or 'would I resommend this to a friend' and I can, without reservation say yes to both.
we had a lovely evening watching the sea and sunset, enhanced by a lovely restaurant context.
One member of our party has limited mobility, using a rollator and access at this restaurant was fine, with few steps and wheelchair ramps.
there is ample parking in a small car park 3 minutes walk from the restaurant and also in the surrounding streets.

We have been visting La Manga on a regular basis since the 1980's. We always get a great warm welcome from Mark/Steve and the staff. Good food and drink especially the Fillet Steak and Red Cabbage.
We love it and have loved it since our first vist

Restaurant El Rancho in Cabo de Palos, a place where the best Argentina and domestic beef have no place at very competitive prices. Firewood is the mark of the house, a unique flavor that you can enjoy with us.
Saw this restaurant whilst driving past on our way to the harbour which had been recommended to us. It is located just off a roundabout, practically opposite the Local Police office and harbour entrance
When we went we hadn't booked, bad move, however an English speaking waitress managed to squeeze our part of 5 in.
The food is exquisite, tasty and well presented by friendly staff. Our order consisted of Ribeye steak, Chicken breast and a mixed meat selection which was served on a mini table B-B-Que for two.
Prices are what you would expect to pay for this standard of restaurant.
A Great Restaurant but would suggest booking.

Spend your time enjoying the view. The harbour is busy and worth the people watching . Late night dining available. Go around 7 if you want a nice view. Order the salads, or the Pedrone peppers. I suggest you custom order Your paella.
Nice wines. A little touristy. Go three down for half the price.
Food is good.
But cheaper down the walk. Reservations are suggested as the hotels in the area push this restaurant.
Look around before your sit.

Bonobo just gets it right! It really is a buzzing restaurant, run by a lovely family who work their socks off. Yes it gets REALLY busy especially at lunch time as people come straight off the beach to eat their delicious paellas, rice dishes and amazing seafood platters - the chopitos (baby squid) are really good too - but grab a beer at the bar and you'll get a seat in no time - or book a table of course if it's a special occasion!
Bonobo is relaxed, is right by the Mediterranean and has great views along the beach to Cabo de Palos and the lighthouse there - a really lovely location. Me and my family love having long lunches here, love the atmosphere and come here almost daily when in La Manga and can highly recommend it!

Your special corner of Cabo de Palos. Tapas, rice, mojitos etc ... Also, during the summer season: CaboP nautical sports, with many activities to choose from to enjoy the sea.
This is our local beach - Go here a lot. Perfect location for a chilled coffee during a sunny afternoon on the beach. Go there ;-)
