Ten of us,bunch of friends cum schoolmates decided to try the much touted scones. A first for me and wow, the cakes and scones were mouth watering, yummilicious. Slightly pricey but worth paying a bit more for those delicious cakes. What's pivotal was the ambient. The cool misty weather that envelopes those Terrace. Simply faboulous. So folks it's worth every penny. Cheers

It is next to the Fraser's Hill's mosque
The shop is behind Fraser's Hill's Mosque. It serves simple and cheap Malay food. The breakfast fare: Nasi lemak with a nice sambal, fried vermiceli or noodle, and roti canai. The lunch: curries, sambal, masak lemak cili api, vegetables etc. The taste is good and the price is reasonable because it's where the locals go.

Haven't eaten here for quite a while as there were many other local delights in previous trips. However, food options are limited during the Ramadan month and even Hillview was closed for a few days earlier in the week due to low visitor rates, so we were happy to have dinner here when it reopens!
The food has not changed over the years and really nothing spectacular, quite bland for most of the dishes that we ordered except the sweet and sour pork. But it was a decent meal though the quality didn't commensurates with the price, being the only true Chinese restaurant on the hill one just have to be satisfied with what's available!

Probably you have to come here for food, as there are not many dining options in Frasers Hill.
A good value-for-money food court offering a Malay/Indonesian restaurant, Indian restaurant, Chinese restaurant and a Malay/Western option for dining.
Everything's there in offer, decent choices, average quality, but good down-to-Earth prices.
Food can be a bit oily, there are a fair amount of flies sometimes (which may put you off to eat here).

The food options in Fraser's Hill are rather wretched but this one stands out. The restaurant is full of atmosphere and is good for photographs. There is wifi which is saying a lot as much of Fraser's Hill does not have wifi access. The staff was polite and food was decent for what it is.
Recommended if you are in Fraser's Hill as you are not going to have many options.

The restaurant has been running in Fraser's Hill since 1981. Our business hours is from 12pm to 10pm and close during off peak seasons every Tuesdays. We only serve ala carte, an array of local Asian, a few grilled items such steaks, lamb chop etc
A trip to Fraser cannot complete without a meal at Arzed, and this time round we tried some of the new dishes instead of our favourite Nasi Goreng. Both the Ayam Penyet and the Chicken Chop Dried Chilli were excellent!
But before you dive in for the chicken chop, beware that it is not the usual chicken chop that you may expect. It is more like the chinese stir fry chicken with dried chilli szechuan style! Spicy but not overly hot and goes very well with the plain white rice.
Arzed is one of those places that you would not get tired of eating day in day out!

We ordered roti kosong, telur, pisang, tosai bawang. Nice accompanying dhal and curry gravy. The drink of Milo kosong and kopi C were well prepared. There is a sink to wash your hands before eating. A bottle of hand wash and tissue are provided. This restaurant has an A certificate for cleanliness.

You have to be lucky to find this eating shop open! Usually open most weekends but not always.
Handed down from generation to generation and currently run by a Fraser's Hill resident husband and wife team who even grow some of the organic vegetables used in the restaurant.
Good, straight forward local Chinese cuisine although the home grown vegetable dishes are a treat: try Mr. Leung's wonderful potato leaf dish!
Consume your meal in the historic ambiance of this quaint eating shop - surely unchanged since the British were here!
Overall a great Fraser's Hill experience.

Tea serving comes with separate milk and sugar.
