Reviewed By Marmar19655Over charged from what i was quoted. Pool was filthy. Housekeeping paid no attention to the do not disturb sign. While i was away at dinner someone went through my luggage. Luckily i didnt have any thing stolen. Loud noise all day. Only bright spot was the waffle.

The service was good at the front desk and the Wi-Fi was good. And, their breakfast was good. A few hot things, yogurt, biscuits and gravy, oatmeal and waffles, etc.

DIRTY & NOT MAINTAINED

There was old half eaten pizza behind the couch, the bathroom floor was sticky, there was hair in the bathtub and on the "clean" towels, the bathtub had dirt all over the bottom like someone dumped a mop bucket and didn't clean it out and the bathtub did not drain so when you showered you would be standing in ankle deep dirty water, there was dirt and other trash behind the mattress from not being cleaned, the skirt on the bed wasn't even fixed properly, the heater did not function correctly. If I could rate it a zero, I would. I would never stay there again.

Reviewed By mhayot74My boss once told me that not all Super 8s are super. This one could best be described as Average 8. This hotel had the most comfortable mattress I have slept on in a hotel. However, that is it. The toilet did not flush like it should and breakfast was non-existent. Apparently, the Super 8 chain is using covid to justify bad customer service like so many other businesses. Upgrade to La Quinta if you are in Bryant.

Just What I Needed!
Reviewed By arkatigerI needed a quiet, conveniently-located, safe, yet inexpensive place to stay for a while. This place has it all, especially when considering the price comparisons for other nearby hotels. The people running this place are really nice and helpful, and my room was clean and comfortable. The King bed was had just the right amount of support for me, which is important when I'm not in my own bed. On top of all that, the location is unbeatable for access to just about any kind of restaurant or shopping you may want to do. The Bryant-Benton area has really been growing in the last few years, and many new businesses have been locating in the area. If you're passing through central Arkansas and need a place to stay that won't strain your budget, give America's Best Value Inn a try. Thank you to Mr. Patel and all of the staff for making my stay a pleasant one!

SERIOUSLY!!! They wanted to know what Physical and/or Medical Issues that she/I/we have!!! AND THEN We Weren't Offered A Room For The DISABLED! We had to stay in a regular room because They Refused To REFUND any or all of Our MONEY! My wife and I are both disabled military veterans, Honorably Discharged and Honorably Retired. DO NOT RENT A ROOM HERE IF YOU'RE ACTIVE DUTY OR RETIRED MILITARY!!!

Sports weekend
Reviewed By nwamom2014Overall the hotel was in a great location to restaurants and the sports venue we were playing at. There were swim, basketball and volleyball teams staying here and the hotel was sold out. Check-in was smooth and the host was friendly and efficient. The room was nice and clean. The problem was with the breakfast. It started and 7am but they opend a few minutes early because they were already open when we arrived at 7. They were out of OJ, out of hot water for oatmeal (individual cups and/or packets instead of pot) out of fruit option 1st day but was stock on 2nd day, and out of small water bottles 2nd day. If they had just opened, I don't see how they could be out. Overall I would stay here again. I would just have a back up plan for breakfast.
