At the suggestion of our hotel desk staff, we tried Le Rossini. In 9 days throughout Europe, this was our favorite dinner. Our server was also the chef's wife. She was attentive, friendly and gracious. The menu was prix fixe and all courses were excellent. My wife's gluten free needs were met, including the surprise of bread before the meal. Selections were not the familiar Italian fare I anticipated. Rather there were some well considered, even eclectic, items incuding the succulent beef cheeks I ordered. We gushed with praise for each course we had chosen, Even the wine offerings were above average and clearly the result of first hand research. It's a very spacious and appealing dining room. While I typically am skeptical of restaurants that are within the space of a hotel, this one - which is not actually affiliated with the hotel - was a revelation.

Pre de chez nous

Our concept " from farm to table" has grown from the idea to work directly with local suppliers and use seasonal ingredients. The suppliers are chosen in relation to the menucard and we favour durable and sustainable ingredients. My name is Henri Depiesse

Had a lovely dinner here. Selected the three course menu which consisted of Scallops, Venison and Chocolate. The scallops were served with the most amazing bouillon, the venison was accompanied by a pine syrup and the chocolate parfait accompanied by many varied taste sensations. The waiter assisted us with our wine selection and we were very pleased with the choice. The restaurant is small with only 8 tables so it is quiet and intimate. Would certainly visit again.
