We were looking for somewhere different. We had walked by many times but always passed. Once inside it opens up to a nice, cozy ambiance. The food was nicely cooked and hot! The erwten soup was very rich and tasty. A great winter dish. Chock full of ham chunks and sausage.
The veal schnitzel with pepper sauce was good. It didn't melt when cutting it. Not tough but not tender. The vegetables however were cooked to perfection. The service was friendly and adequate. There was a large party in the back hence the feeling they were a little distracted. Overall a good choice

We are visiting friends here & they've talked so often about The Canadian Corner!! So we told them one thing we certainly wanted to experience was a meal at The Canadian Corner!! It did not disappoint! Great good, friendly staff & reasonable prices. One of...MoreThanks Annie, it was so nice meeting you both. Hope you have a great visit here and enjoy your stay.

Had a fajita, huge portion, ok taste. Not excellent, but quite decent. The mojitos was quite good. The waiters seemed a bit stressed without any obvious reasons and we had to wait a bit to get menus and service. The interior is colorful and "very mexican." In total a decent experience.

The title of my review says it like it is. This is a big, shiny, bustling, well lit chinese wok type restaurant offering a wok and buffet "all you can eat" menu for a reasonable price. For hungry moments, days when you can't wait for dnner, it's great. There is a full selection of fresh meats and fish plus veggies to wok, with an extensive sauce menu. A full teppan is also on hand. The teppan beef and salmon are execellent. Give the sushi buffet a wide berth as it is dry and tasteless but as a rule, this isn't a sushibar and what they do, they do well.

Pizza is good for take away. You can stop in after work and it is ready in 10 minutes. The ingredients seemed fresh but the pizza crust was tasteless. There are better eat-in choices in Brunssum. Price is very good.

It is easy to provide a review for this restaurant. The environment is super, the service is excellent, and the food is of very high quaility and super arranged. All this to a very reasonable price. It's highly recomended to visit this restaurant.

Wonderful atmosphere. Service was personable and attentive. We even had the Chef drop by to ensure everything was okay, and it was!
Pork filet with Haus sauce was tender and soooo tasty. The salmon was also also amazing. The veggies were cooked to perfection. The bacon and seasoning of the potatoes was scrumptious. A new local favourite

My wife and I decided to try Steakhouse Dalmacija again after failing to get in on a prior visit. During out first visit the, on a Friday night, the restaurant was packed. On our second visit, a Saturday, business was good, but not crazy. The restaurant itself is nice and although clean, the bathrooms leave a bit to be desired. The staff we encountered were friendly, but forget to tell us about the salad bar, which came with our meal, until after our mains had been delivered.
As for the food, we both the Argentinian tenderloin and it was very nice. As were the potatoes that came with it. I also had a beer and my wife has glass of red wine. The price for the both of us was 60.95 and I think it may have been worth it if we had been able to enjoy a salad as well. Overall, we enjoyed our meal; it was good, but not great.

La Plaza is a nice little lunch time spot for those in the Brunssum area. The restaurant is located a short walk into the city center area from the public parking lot. The staff is very friendly (and speak English) and will help you with menu selections - since the menus are in Dutch only. However, they do take great enjoyment from listening to tourists attempt to pronounce the dishes and will assist in pronunciations. My wife and I have eaten there several times and have yet to be disappointed - the salads are particularly good, as is the tomatensoep. If you're in need, they also have a small bar with wine, beer, and spirits to help you along with your day.
So, if you're roaming the streets of Brunssum or just in the area and need a spot to eat, definitely try out La Plaza and you won't be disappointed.
