Ho cenato in questo ristorante adiacente allâhotel Panorama. Bellissima terrazza che da sul giardino.Cibo davvero buono e ben presentato. La loro specialità è la carne. Io ho mangiato una tartare e un tris di canederli. Unica nota da migliorare: tempi di attesa un poâ lunghi anche per una tartare che non richiede cottura.

In the vicinity we were in several restaurants in three days that were not bad but we were not surprised. Therefore, if they do not have their home-made red wine, they are really good. The prices are high here and the service is very important, the best we got when we brought 4 kinds of salt to the table. Which I think 80% of people, if they had their eyes covered, do not know what salt they are using. But chap is a noble business. Allâinterno del delizioso Hotel Rommisa, merita una menzione speciale il Ristorante Rommisa. Affidato alla capacità di Philipp, e allâesperienza di Walter, lo consiglio vivamente a chi si trova a passare per la Val Pusteria. Comodo da raggiungere, troverete i piatti della tradizione ma con un pizzico di innovazione e originalità che non ne alterano lâeffetto finale. Affidatevi a Helene, non sbaglierete! Ottimi vini, poi, potranno accompagnare la cena, e in questo vi consiglierà Katharina. In un ambiente semplice ma non banale, è perfetto per un momento fuori dai centri mondani, a diretto contatto con uno dei paesaggi più belli delle Dolomiti.
