Son had a monster double cheeseburger and my daughter and I had custard. Busy as heck but we got our meal in a reasonable time. Son was shocked at the size of the burger and thought it was delicious. Custard was creamy and full of goodies.

Los Paisa has been a "go-to" place for my family for years - excellent authentic Mexican food, great drinks, good service and friendly people. It's the complete opposite of a chain restaurant - small, relatively quiet and a great place for drinks, conversation and food. Definitely worth a visit.

Devon Seafood Grill is an upscale seafood restaurant offering simply-prepared fresh fish, premium steaks, an impressive wine cellar and handcrafted cocktails.
We visited on a Sunday evening to celebrate a birthday. We were given a great table near the fireplace. Our server was great, attentive and helpful with the menu. The cheesy biscuits served with maple butter are delicious!
For our entrees, I chose the mesquite grilled swordfish and my friend had the maple glazed cedar plank salmon. We both had the roasted asparagus as one side. I had the Parmesan roasted potatoes, my friend had garlic mashed. For both of us, our fish was perfect - expertly prepared and served.
We shared the apple croustade with cinnamon ice cream for dessert. It was soooo good.
A truly great birthday celebration!

Casual bistro serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Specializing in sandwiches, wraps, paninis, and flat-bread pizzas as well as a full breakfast menu and dinner entrees. We feature quality homemade soups. We also have a full service pub that is open the same hours as the restaurant.
This is a way way way better and local version of Panera/Corner bakery. I love this place for lunch and dinner. Their red pepper soup is fantastic. I have never had something I didn't like here. My only complaint is that they aren't open later!

Welcome to the cheel where we are serving up fresh flavor altitude and farm-to-fork attitude in every scratch-crafted morsel. From the Himalayas to the Rockies the cheel is all about the authentic flavors and ancient food preparation techniques of Nepal. Led by owners Barkha and Jesse Daily, both of whom grew up cooking with their families from a very young age - Barkha in Kathmandu, Jesse in Idaho - the cheel is a place for food adventurers, enthusiasts, and aficionados willing to try new things. At the heart of the menu are "tidbits" or small plates that feature momos, delicate and savory dumplings served with crisp, spicy dipping sauces or aachars. Tamarind, ginger, sesame, timur, jimbu, cumin, mustards, saffron, chili pepper, garlic - these are the heritage ingredients that impart their distinctive tang. Did we mention cilantro, lemon, and lime? Thali, or feast, is a traditional Nepalese dinner of flavor-infused and lightly grilled vegetables, marinated lamb or wild boar, rice and lentils. Mount Everest meets Mount Elbert with our American line-up of burgers & fries, grilled cheese, and BLT's served as you like it or with a neat Nepali kick. Soups, salads, sides, and dal, are here too, all with a Kathmandu spice-route inspired spin. The cheel is located in downtown Thiensville in a rare 1890's Victorian landmark that has been lovingly restored and re-imagined. The eclectic decor including an original art deco bar, high tops and banquets, and outdoor patio, is suffused with a contemporary Asian feel and metallic accents. Enjoy any of our sassy-crafty cocktails, our nod to our building's storied past, made with house infused liquors, fresh pressed juices and exquisite bitters, or choose from a great variety of wine, beer, and non-alcoholic libations. Quench your thirst for food adventure, taste the heat and feel our passion, for serving up a unique and convivial dining experience where you can relax and just "cheel out."
The secret is in the sauces that you order to accompany your entree. Very creative cuisine that provides the opportunity to be adventurous. The only down side is the limited seating when the patio is not open. We liked it on this visit as well as our first about a year ago
Give it a try

I dined here solo while on a business trip. The Lyonnaise salad is a must have! Also had trout that was maybe the best I've ever had. Staff was really attentive, suggested wines as well. Went on a Monday, and wine was 1/2 off!

For well over 20 years Cafe 1505 has been serving delicious, homemade breakfast, lunch, and weekend brunch. Local bakery, eggs, cheeses, milk, meats, coffee, beer, sprits, and more are highlighted on our menu. Full service cafe and wonderful newly expanded deli with gourmet take-out.
This cafe is in a gaggle of shops off Mequon Road. Brunch was excellent. The tables are well separated in a spacious footprint which permits easy conversation without noise overload. The menu was full of specials using vegetables creatively. Food was delicious, and service was attentive but non-intrusive. Overall, the combination of ambiance and great food is hard to beat. Best choice for your visits to this area.

Larry's has an excellent deli, and is a good place to grab lunch. Great daily specials. Excellent sandwiches and sides. Very , very good.
However, my wife and I particularly like Larry's for its cheese. Few places carry as many specialty cheeses as Larry's. Larry's carries he best cheeses from Wisconsin and from around the world.
But, what really sets Larry's apart is the service. The staff know more about cheese than anyone else. They know their product, and they are more than willing to slice a sample for you.
One of my favorite places.

My group searched for places to eat in Glendale and came across Dr Dawg which has a recommendation from Thrillist.
What a treat we had. Each one in our group had a different item and each one reported it satisfied their tastebuds and just about right to fill their bellies.
I loved the coleslaw and the bag of garlic fries.
We would definitely recommend this for others to try.

This was a great addition to the shortlist of interesting and quality dining opportunities in Mequon. Incredibly unique entrees that will take multiple visits to experience. We will definitely return whenever we are in the area. Excellent service and fair prices make things even better.
