I stayed here for a week on business. It is a hotel much used for conferences and the place filled up and emptied rapidly during my stay The rooms are large but the fittings feel as if they have been left over from the 1970's and little has been done to modernise the, The carpets in the corridors are worn out, wall paper faded, there is a slightly sad feeling about the place. The food was good as I had breakfast and dinner here most nights, The service is friendly and good My room had nice views I felt the management tried hard to make the place feel comfortable and welcoming but I would not return here out of choice

Stayed there 2 days, the hotel is simple, charming with a lovely view over the valley and mountains. It is run by a very nice family who went above and beyond to make sure we felt like home. What a difference from these large corporate hotels!

I should have read some reviews before booking a night here. I have to agree with the previous bad reviews, I shared the same horrible experiences.... First you'll notice that the pictures on the internet are completely deceiving, I guess those pictures were taken many years ago when the hotel started its business. Now its all very old and it's obvious they're don't care about maintaining it or renovating it....the paint on the walls are peeling off, the furniture are now very old, the bed sheets were dirty with some weird spots on them, the heating system was down (the guy at the entrance told us the system went down the day before which I doubt), the air conditioning in our bedroom didn't work so we were left freezing, the light in the toilet didn't work (the guy had to come and replace the lightbulb), the wifi is extremely slow you can barely browse the internet (also the guy said yeah its weak in this area in general, I don't believe him as well). We stayed for like 1 hour and a half deciding whether we could bear all this crap until we decided to unpack and book another hotel. Of course not a penny was refunded given that I expected the service to be horrible as well.

Surrounded by pine trees 17 kms from Beirut, two suites fully serviced daily. We offer free shuttle from airport.
Stayed in the villa housing 3 bedrooms with family for one night. Glad it wasn’t more. The apartment has too much unnecessary and useless furniture as well as dried ugly flower bouquets and trees. Makes the whole place crowded. It’s as if anything they didn’t want from there own homes was dumped there. The house smells mouldy as if it hasn’t been aired out in a while. The bedrooms weren’t any better. Outdated and dirty as if they haven’t been cleaned in a while or since the last occupants. Found dried blood stains on the pillow in all the bedrooms as well as hair and dirt/dust. Towels had dirt and stains. When I asked them when was the last time it was cleaned he was vague when I showed him the pillows with blood stains he said they didn’t come out in the wash. GET NEW ONES THEN!!! Tvs didn’t work properly and the screen was not clear at all. Pots and utensils old and used so much that they are black. The only thing we enjoyed was sitting on the veranda in the evening as it was cool and the air was fresh. I do not recommend this place to anyone and it’s over priced for what they are renting out for. It is in need of a major facelift on the interior and clean and simple usable furniture. As well as clean and well maintained kitchen and bedrooms.
