We just passed by and as it attracted our attention we went for a coffee. We discovered a real coffee paradise. They have many different equipment to make a home roasted coffees. We decided to take Colombian and Salvador espressos. Colombian was really good with some chocolate flavor and taste. Kids got local apple juice what was also very good and we had to order second one. We also discovered many fancy equipment to brew coffee. But these are for coffee experts. :)So nice to read you :-)We wish you an happy new yearBonne année 2018

Although I was only here for a coffee whilst I was killing time, I am glad I found this gem of a café.Imagine if you will, being whisked back to a France of the 1950s, a beautiful café interior, with excellent food and a real pleasure to sit and watch the world go by with a café frappé and a piece of excellent apple pie with custard.The owner is a real "patron", with a bonheur, joie de vivre and serves everything with a touch of panache. The ambience is lovely ( it was a lovely sunny day) and speaking to the owner later he was in a like mind with me as to certain things being part of life's great pleasures.I am looking forward to going back next week as a couple for lunch!

Patron plutôt sympa, carte ultra réduite car c'est dimanche mais de quoi nous rassasier. Un peu plus de garniture dans l'assiette ne nous aurait pas dérangé mais sinon correct.

Super bon ! Et copieux !! Frites fraîches maison. Vrai steak haché pas un vulgaire steak tout plat de chez Mc Do*****. Rapport qualité prix imbattable, patron très sympa qui prends le temps d'expliquer sa carte , je vous le conseille à 200% , vous ne serez pas déçus

We spent a nice sunny afternoon lunch, relaxing at one of the patio tables after walking along the trail from Auray. I had the gallete with Andouuille and salad, which was well prepared. Good atmosphere, good service, very relaxed. The dessert crepes are well done also.The inside seating looked very cozy, and I think would be a hit on any day the sun wasn't shining and the weather warm. There is not much of a view at this restaurant, but from walking around the town, we did not see a restaurant that actually had a good view of the river or the water. Maybe we just missed it. Tat is the main reason we only gave the restaurant a 3 star. Otherwise, it was very good.
