We ate at this restaurant because it is very close to our house. I think that we chose the wrong night because the menu options left a little to be desired. When the food came, it was good and nicely plated, but you'd better like what's available that night or you might walk away a little disappointed.

We found this little Irish pub on our first day in Brest. Dinner service starts at 19.00hrs but we were an hour early. The staff were friendly welcoming and helpful despite the fact that we don't speak French. They provided us with complimentary peanuts to keep us going until dinner. We ordered Moules Marinere and we're stunned at the size of the cauldron full of mussels they served for less than 10euro. This was accompanied by a large portion of fries and as much bread and butter as you could eat. I could not eat all they put in front of me but I gave it my best shot as it tasted so nice. We enjoyed our evening so much we went back the next night to try the sirloin steak and Scottish salmon. They too were lovely and the portions were large. We enjoyed the relaxed friendly atmosphere of the place so much we plan to visit again on our next trip to Brest. Thank you to all the staff and the owner. It was a pleasure to meet you all.

Very friendly service. The staff were helpful in explaining the choices of beers, I settled for a lovely local brew.We opted for two menus, with a choice of fish or pork. I chose the fish, which was served with rice, salad and a cream source. My Wife had the pork with a salad and potatoes. Both meals where nicely cooked and ample potions sizes. For dessert I opted for a cheese selection. The plate had four very delicious local cheeses. If we where in Brest again I would easily eat here again

We came across the restaurant by chance our first evening in Brest. The decor was very pleasant and we had the fixed price menu for three courses, which was excellent value with huge portions !There was a lively but quiet atmosphere, with locals eating and drinkingin the bar.We would certainly choose to return.Excellent value.
