It was our first time to Minoas. The service was excellent. We had the lamb shoulder - good presentation and tender. The veggie meal with eggplant, zucchini and potatoes topped with cheese - bland and least favourite; The tiramisu cheesecake was different - had some cake in it but good.

Osteria Savio Volpe is a restaurant styled after the classic osteria - rustic fare in the Italian tradition of freshness and regionality, using groceries gathered in the nearby lakes, oceans, farms and fields. Everything is prepared in the simplest, most
One of the most incredible meals of my long life! Two couples celebrating my birthday. To a person, every staff member who interacted with us was gracious and warm. The hostess, the server, the sommelier, the lovely young man who cleared our plates and refilled our water glasses. But the food! OMG. We chose the familia style and let them choose our menu. Seven courses of fresh, inspired magic. Because it was a milestone birthday celebration, we went all out and had wine pairings with each - which enriched the experience that much more. Just everything was perfect. Can't rave enough about the "wise fox." Yes, it's noisy and crowded, but that's part of the atmosphere - in a good way. Treat yourself and find out what all the fuss is about!

I went here on a whim. I have an entertainment.com coupon for two, which I plan to use next time. I ordered the meatball platter, which came with veggies, rice, potato and salad. It was a large portion, and I had to bag half of it!

Four of us visited Cristos recently after a long absence. Used to go maybe 2 to 3 times a year before, always enjoyed the food, atmosphere etc. Unfortunately, this visit was not quite what we had anticipated. We were seated, given menus, asked for water, that all went well. First off the plastic tablecloth was tacky (sticky) and it just didn't feel overly clean in general to me. Second the decor, again to me, was tacky, as in tacky. There was alot of stuff going on that wasn't even Greek'ish. Now the food, Calamari was good, pita bread was good, tzatziki OK, rice OK, potato good, but so so disappointed in the Moussaka. Worst I have ever had. There was one server on who was busy enough (this was at lunch time) but the service wasn't there, never came by to ask how the meals were, maybe was afraid to ask. Might try again sometime if in the area but believe me there are many many better Greek restaurants in the Vancouver area!

Golden Pita offers authentic Lebanese cuisine With chef specials daily on the menu, it is a perfect place to have a satisfying and delicious lunch. Golden Pita also offers a variety of wraps, including chicken and beef shawarma, and also the best falafels
Serving amazing assortment of Lebanese food as ' cooked at home ' with mouth watering presentations . The food is freshly cooked , always the service is taking care of what people love and ask for, even some vegan dishes are added . Regards for the great chef and operating team

Very busy place even mid week but we scored a table, by the window, after a very short wait. Large menu with all the usual Greek specialties. OK wine list, fairly priced. Pleasant server but obviously rushed. We both had the grilled calamari. This happens to be one of my favourite things in the whole world, but not at this restaurant. A disgrace. I was thankful I ordered just the appetizer and not the dinner! Our mains arrived fairly quickly. My lamb souvlaki was horribly over cooked to the point of being hard, dry, tasteless smallish chunks of meat. Who could tell it was lamb? My husband's lamb chops were a lot better....five chops cooked rare as ordered. We both had a mound of like warm rice and potatoes, another disappointment and a made ahead Greek salad. Very strange pita bread, too. None of these short comings seemed to bother the other diners but I've had much better Greek food plus I was looking for something other than pub grub or fish and chips, so I was hugely disappointed. We are very sorry to hear about your experience at our restaurant. We wish you would have brought this to our attention because this is not typical for us. Had we known we wouldâve rectified any problem you may have had with your food as we like our customers to leave happy.

Had a great experience here. The souvlaki, rice, salad, pita, all of it was so delicious and in very generous portions. Definitely glad we decided to give this place a try, we will for sure be back for more soon. I highly recommend this spot for anyone craving Greek food. Our server Sam was great and all the staff were super nice.

My Husband and I visited here on a Thursday evening. We arrived around 6pm. The service started out great. The staff was super helpful as we needed a few questions answered. We ordered the full Half Kafta - Half Chicken. What a feast. We brought so much home .for lunches. I found there was too much tahini sauce on the meats. Super flavourful. This came with a superb salad that I think it was Fattoush Salad, four different dips and pita bread that was half the size of the table. Made in house. Yumm! We did wait quite awhile for our bill as it got really busy with a line up out the door. Still highly recommended.
