I frequent this restaurant often! It has healthy, delicious and quickly served food that in very large portions for extremely fair prices.I love popping in for an early lunch and grabbing a Vietnamese iced coffee to go before wandering around the Sunday market. Some of the appies leave a little bit to be desired, but their pho and noodle dishes have never let me down. The service is exactly what you'd expect for a non-fine dining, similarly priced Vietnamese restaurant any where. If you're looking for amazing, high-level service, you should probably head to a high-end, fancy restaurant. ;) If you're happy with a friendly smile and quickly served, tasty food, you'll love it here.

We met friends here for breakfast. The restaurant is very small with table crammed in so there is always someone trying to squeeze by. The breakfast menu is very limited but the breakfast panini was tasty. The coffee is good. Prices are okay. I recommend purchasing from here but take out, don't eat in as it's too noisy and crowded to enjoy a meal.

We were SO excited when we found out about Saigon Subs opening in Duncan a couple years ago after lacking a good option for Banh Mi all this time. They do a damn good job too! Always welcomed by a friendly smile and great service too.

Greek and Canadian style food , from sandwiches and homemade soup, burgers and fries to pasta and ribs,, then again wonderful roasted lamb. We now have Vegan and Gluten Free options.
We lived in Montreal and close to Ottawa for many years where there are very large Greek communities and many Greek restaurants. We were walking towards A&W for a quick lunch when we spotted Pegasus (the Gods must have been on our side!). Went right in. Decor is really neat! Reception was wonderful. Not knowing what the food was like, we ordered simple lamb pitas. If a restaurant can do those well the rest of the menu will be excellent. Beer and wine were very good. Service was slow enough that you knew these were prepared to order and quick enough to bring them hot to the table. Our server was a sweet gal and took good of us. This will be our restaurant of choice whenever we come to Duncan. Thanks for everything!

When you finally find this little place, "sandwiched" between a Vietnamese and a Greek restaurant, you might wonder just how long it has been here. It looks even older than the building it's in! However, it is perfectly comfortable, the service is absolutely wonderful, friendly, and helpful, and best of all, the offerings from limited menu are delicious! The bread is house made and absolutely memorable, and the fillings are ample, fresh, and scrumptious. I especially loved the chicken pieces which were totally melt in your mouth tender. It's a great stop for a fantastic sandwich!

Organic and biodynamic farm and cafe. A real farm to table restaurant.
This is a small operation but everything was welcoming. The food was absolutely delicious and fresh. My baby loved everything I gave her from my plate. Child/infant friendly. The prices are super reasonable. I loved everything except the dessert which was just ok for me (I am a really decent baker so I have pretty high standards when it comes to I could have made that at home). All in all I 100% recommend.
