Lynn Canyon Cafe

This café is at the end/beginning of the trail system for Lynn Canyon and the suspension bridge. It isn’t high-end but it is perfect for a quick lunch after hiking. The teenage staff members were friendly and service was prompt. My BLT was hot and fresh and hot the spot.

Bad Dog Bread

We are an artisan bakery and cafe, specializing in naturally-leavened breads using freshly milled organic BC grains. We also serve sweets and treats such as cinnamon buns, cookies and chocolate brioche. All items are freshly baked each morning.

Bread has gotten a bad rap with the war on carbs and Atkins diet, blah, blah but, there's no getting around the fact that when bread is done right, it is one of the pleasures in life. I had the soup at Orto and it came with two slices of the Bad Dog sourdough. It was so sinfully good that I tried to buy a loaf as we left...hmmm. Sold out. Maybe try later. Still have not been successful in securing a full loaf as they have weird hours and I guess they really stick to the artisanal, low volume approach.

End Of The Line General Store

Reviewed By Divya1526

End of the Line doubles up as a general store and restaurant, and it was a great place to stop by before we walked up to the Lynn Canyon. We got a Latte & a Feta-Spinach Croissant, and they were both so good, we were tempted to go in for seconds. The Croissant was perfectly flaky and crisp, and the filling didn't make it soggy, which made it taste perfect! They also have a bunch of interesting odds & ends - I picked up a bottle of Red Pepper Jelly, which was insanely good. Do stop by if you're in the area - it's a lovely store.

Lift Breakfast Bakery

Had "breakfast" at lunchtime today - a delicious omelet stuffed with fresh spinach, goats cheese, roasted red pepper and bacon - served with home-baked sourdough toast and fresh organic green salad - all washed down with freshly squeezed orange juice. Just wholesome, nutritious food here and at very reasonable prices. I'll be back!

Blvd Bistro

Recently I went on vacation. Out of the 5 days I was there I came here four times. All four times I was DELIGHTED. The breakfasts were amazing and perfect for starting my day, and the dinners left me literally in tears. My boyfriend and I became close with the staff after the third visit and we were even surprised by a custom made dining experience thanks to the manager, bartender and chef (all beautiful and amazing people, who are both fantastic at their jobs and at friendly conversation late at night). This is now my favorite restaurant. All four times I felt like I was having the BEST meal of my entire life. I will literally travel from Portland Oregon all the way across the border just for their food. 12/10 service and dining experience. (I highly recommend their charcuterie board and the pancakes).
