Went in with my Mum after not visiting for probably 15 years. I always forget it's there!!! The food was typical diner food, but it was good, well cooked and tasty. I will be back for sure. I was recommended to go for breakfast and I was not disappointed. Our group of four were seated right away by friendly staff member. The meals were ordered and the food came quickly and piping hot. Read the extensive menu and decide what breakfast category you want to eat in. Once in the category, choose what you want and what size meal you desire. The small breakfast bowls are larger enough for two people. I could not imagine the size of the large bowl. Seated is limited so get there early as it seems to be popular with the locals.

I dine here at least monthly, whenever I can get into town. Quality of the food is excellent and always 100% consistent. My family are long time foodies, and I've enjoyed fine dining for five decades across four continents. This is our family favorite and the family that owns and operates this restaurant have made it a truly special and welcoming place.

Early dinner (4pm!) On Easter Sunday... Beat the rush (3 tables in the whole place) but it seems the kitchen was still napping. Cobb Salad arrived to the table with the avocado missing!! ( Cardinal culinary sin, right there...)Eventually the omission was rectified, but the 'blue cheese' dressing barely had the slightest hint of blue cheese in it - tasted more like Ranch dressing! Another grave misfire, as far a Cobb Salad is concerned...Wait staff was friendly and helpful ( and unlike the kitchen supervisor, wide awake...)
