Opa Sushi is a labour of love. We strive to marry our passions of fresh, local seafood with unique flavours. We have chosen one of the last remaining net lofts on the coast as the perfect environment for showcasing our menu.
We came to Opa for lunch and then again for dinner. Top quality sushi and outstanding service! A must place to go for a great meal in Prince Rupert!Thank you for your continued support. We're glad you enjoyed us!

Fukasaku is devoted to authentic BC products and committed to sustainability, locality, and healthy eating! All seafood is caught right here in the Pacific Ocean and we are the first sushi restaurant in BC to be 100% certified by Vancouver Aquarium's Ocea
It doesnât get much fresher than this! Dai (owner and chef) has a huge passion for fresh sustainable, local seafood and it shows with the quality of sushi and food you receive at his restaurant! Plus you get a great ocean view while you enjoy your food!

I had the pleasure of eating at Sukoshi this Sunday during their Grand Opening. It is situated in the Heart of down town Prince Rupert, The owners and staff were very friendly and inviting. I was quickly seated and served a menu. This smaller menu is currently for the opening phase( even though small, there was a great selection to chose from), with a larger menu to be introduced shortly with a larger variety of cuisine to follow. I started with the house salad ( nice mix of leaf greens, pecans, shrimp, bonito flakes, home made dressing), excellent, My main was Yaki Udon again delicious! My order came to just under $20 and I was stuffed. I will return again very soon to try some different choices.Thank you davati68 for coming and trying our food at our grand opening, very much appreciated. And super thank you for your great reviews. We are looking forward to seeing you again at Sukoshi Kitchen! :)
