I spent one night in the hotel recently and was convinced to check out what they had to offer for happy hour. I had calamari as well as edemome beans, everything was very tasty and cooked to perfection. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I was planning on having dinner elsewhere until I read the menu and returned three hours later for dinner. I believe what I had was called black and blue salmon and it was to die for. The salmon and vegetables were cooked perfectly and I wasn’t aware that a potato dish could be that good? I missed congratulating the cook in person but the manager was more than happy to chat with me. I think this is the first review I’ve ever written for a restaurant. I was only two story that I only had one day in town because I would’ve gone right through the menu! Can’t wait for another chance to visit Trail BCHi FishMasterB,Wow. What a review. Thank you for taking the time to write this.I always make sure to pass this information on directly to the kitchen so they can see that their hard work is appreciated. The happy hour has been quite popular, especially with the expansion that basically doubled the size of their offerings. I hope we see you again soon, I want to hear your thoughts on the rest of the menu!

I found this restaurant to be a Gem....the food was more than tasty, although the seafood fettuccine was made with artificial crab, and I imagine prawns or shrimp from a bag from a grocery store..however it was very easy and enjoyable to eat. I had cheesecake for dessert, and I would give the food 4/5 for sure....service was great, and a beautifully decorated courtyard with some subtropical plants, and wonderful decor really made the evening
