We did not have reservations so were put up stairs on a picnic table. Was very noisy. Food was ok, drinks were good. Menu is limited.

Stopped here upon the recommendation of friends and we are thrilled we did! The place is very tiny inside so we had to choose quickly to make room for others! We couldnât make up our minds but the fresh from the oven cinnamon buns did us in!!! We sat on a conviently situated bench outside the bakery and savoured the flavour! Then we went back in and loaded up on muffins for the car! Great stop!

There are many times that I skip out on writing low star reviews, mainly because we are all human and sometimes can be having a bad day...Unfortunately, I have been to Back many times so far in Summer 2019 and each time is very much the same...When you walk in (as another review has also stated) it is as if you are inconveniencing the serving staff. A simple smile would mask the fact they definitely do not want to be there. If you are lucky enough to get menus within a reasonable time frame, you are doing good! Ideally you should look at the menu prior to arrival and order EVERYTHING you would like as soon as you walk in. Sometimes you can order drinks and they will come on time, but then you have to wait another 30mins to order food...which then takes another 30mins to get to your table. If you are actually hungry, do not go here...if you are looking to chill out at a table for a bit and have a drink once in a while, this place is for you. But do not expect to be told what beers are on tap, what wine they have or any information that would help in the process of you placing your order. There have been several occasions where I have asked for condiments that never came and have even overheard tables in close proximity have to ask for salt several times.Having a background in the service industry, I understand that when you are busy, things can be slow for guests, but when there are literally 6 tables and it takes an hour from arrival for food to get on you table, there is no excuse.Luckily I am a local and am not paying thousands of dollars to stay in the area, although I do feel for the travellers who come. It is debatable whether you could order a pizza from Powell River to be delivered before your Back food arrives. The only reason this review is even getting two stars is because the food (chefs/kitchen staff) are great, haven't had a meal here I didn't enjoy....but it could also be that you are so darn hungry by the time it gets there that you would eat anything! This may sound like a preachy review, but travellers should know what they are getting in to before coming to Back. Plain and simple you are getting terrible service, long wait time and great food It would be nice to see Back take a turn for the better since there are minimal choices in Lund. Only time will tell I guess!

Farm to table restaurant, serving west coast cuisine, focusing on local and seasonal ingredients, beer and wine.
Dining with friends always presents a challenge to find the right variety to please everyone....Drift Cafe hit the spot providing not only select variety but also real thoughtful, tasteful and artful quality which made me want to back for more. It was a wonderful summer evening, delightful wine selection and the food made me want to try more again another time when back in Gibsonâs.

We are a take out BBQ restaurant. We use all hormone free meat smoked on site with real hardwood. We have no inside seating but we do have a 12 seat patio that is heated for your dining pleasure We are open for the season!!! We look forward to seeing you
Beautiful spot right in the marina. We had the meat lovers poutine and oh my goodness the candied bacon was just delightful. Fries awesome and well cooked. Pork great and the brisket was soooooo good. They have a self serve water cooler if you like and a few seats if you want to stay and eat. Man holding down the fort was just lovely. Would certainly return.

First time visit this morning and first impressions was that it was a super cute cafe. Parking was easy and very small lineup to order. We had a peanut butter energy bar and we ordered a coffee and an Americano. Caffeine was good (americano was a bit weaker than what I liked but it was still good) and the bar was good as well. Very wholesome and filling. The woman working was very nice and polite. Will definitely be back!

Come taste a delicious meal at The Gumboot Restaurant. They are open after-hours all week. You can get there by car and visit them in a surrounding recognized as exciting. You may pay by MasterCard and Visa.
Our last day on a three week driving vacation and what a delightful surprise. Roberts Creek BC looked to be well off the beaten track so we did not know what to expect but both the Gibsons Visitor Information Centre and locals recommended the Gumboot Restaurant and are we ever glad we took their advice - a real gem!

Enjoy the best dining experience on the Sunshine Coast at Chasters Restaurant - featuring scrumptious seasonal specialties, delightful desserts, signature drinks, attentive service and stunning ocean views in a smart casual atmosphere... Summer Hours: Wed
This was my first visit to Chasters and definitely not my last! The breast of duck was quite spectacular - would highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys duck. The server was very personable and attentive, and the view at a window side table was gorgeous. Not a cheap place to eat (without being outlandish), but worth it from my point of view
